If you have insurance make sure you call ahead of time. If they’re “too busy” they’ll refuse to put your information in at the counter. I’ve never experienced this at any pharmacy and unfortunately my insurance has a partnership with CVS. I can’t wait to switch so I won’t have to deal with this.

If I could give zero stars I would. Pharmacist decides not to show up and you can't operate the pharmacy? Manager can't do anything but send you to the 1800#.People depend on the operation of the pharmacy to fill vital prescriptions. Prescriptions are just held hostage until the pharmacist decides to show up?! Do better...

I was released from the ER and went to pick up my meds, I didn't have my ID so they sent me home to get it. I live less than a mile away. When I returned the metal gates were closed and they refused to help me because it was a few minutes after closing. I got to suffer in pain all night long because of her disgusting behavior. She knew very well I was coming back. I hope she stubs her pinky toe on her dresser every night for eternity. If I wasn't boxed in by my insurance, I'd never return here. Stay away from CVS

DO NOT GO HERE FOR BLOODWORK. Unless you need a doctor order (you usually don't) for the test, go straight to Quest Diagnostics. If you go to CVS first, you will pay $60 just to be told they don't do blood work there and will be given a referral for Quest. You DONT need the referral to get the test. You will have to pay another $100+ for the test at Quest. The $60 is completely unnecessary.

I've been using this pharmacy for a while, tend to always have issues with prices and my scripts being wrong. I ran out early as they didn't have my correct script from the doctor so I called over a week ago to make sure they were aware, they said they'd reach out to my doctor to correct the issue. Again today I come up after calling to verify they got my current prescription, only to find it's the previous prescription and they never updated it from my doctor. When I tell the girl it's wrong she just kinda shrugged at me. No offer to make it right, or any way I could get the appropriate prescription. Of course this is a script I have to take to live, so I'm just stuck with running out and having to ration until my insurance will fill it again. Not even the worst part, as I'm waiting I hear the techs talking about how they shorted someone's prescription from 90 pills to 30 because the pharmacy tech shook the pill bottle instead of verifying the amounts. She even said she knew it wasn't correct but instead of making sure she just gave it to the person anyway. Completely irresponsible. I am pulling all of my scripts and going elsewhere.

One older(sorry) particular pharm assistant was so rude that when she is working I always always wait until she is not waiting on people. She speaks so loud about sensitive info that everyone can hear. No matter the situation.

The cashier greeted us immediately upon our entering and asked if we needed assistance which I actually did. I had printed out photos and just wanted to pick them up. I inquired about a photo book which she talked me through one of their programs which would give me $10 off up front that I could use towards the photo book. She was super helpful!

Horrible service, went to check in and the lady there was so RUDE instead of saying "Hi how are you" she said "what do you want",they refused to take our insurance card saying that "we don't take that insurance " until my mom show her the insurance card and we know it was right because other cvs's have took it.and after we were all checked in went to the waiting area and waited for so long only to find that the pharmacist was on her phone when many people were waiting on her
