I bought a air filter a month ago and pick out the wrong size, I noticed it when I tried to install, brought it back a month later (never used) and they wouldn’t take back, said they don’t carry this. I have been buying this brand forever from them.. No more Ace for me. (Elkins)

Support your local store. Has a good selection of Traeger, Green Egg and Milwaukee products as well as pretty much and nut, bolt or plumbing item you'd need to complete a project.Has a great selection of anything needed to keep your lawn green & weedfree.

If you want propane call before you go!! To make sure the guy is there, this is probably one of the items that they sell the most and they solely depend on one person to service that, the rest of the crew don’t want to go out cause is to hot or to cold, I can’t be the only one who stop going there because of that, I hope the owner realizes that cause employees seem to don’t care.

Purchased Stihl chainsaw from Elkins 18 months ago & had problem with starting it. Took it to Elkins & Bob would NOT honor warranty. Charged $48 for diagnostics, $42.25 for labor, $7.65 to replace spark plug + $10 “environ fee”.Will not do busy with this establishment again.

Nice hardware store. So easy to find the things you need without all the EXTRA stress of big box hardware stores. Friendly staff and I never have a problem getting help.

They alwayse have the right part when the big box stores don't. They are also a Trager grill dealer and carry lots of grilling supplies and different flavor pellets. They also have propane bottle refil.

There very unprofessional and discrimination. I walked in for a bolt and they asked if I needed help and stood there watching me. I asked 4 the manager she got smart after that I didn't even want to give them people my money anymore.. I felt judge soon as I walked in that door.

Add me to the list of people who say this place gives poor customer service to people of color!! I came to return a product within 30 days, undamaged, with receipt in hand, in complete compliance with their return policy. The overweight scraggly-haired manager, with zero customer service skills refused to give me a refund. Unbelievable!! How can a business not honor their own return policy? After a week, not even a response from owner or real manager.
