Called in an order and Deborah was amazing and worked some magic for me very very last minute. Even suggested a better option and I'm so so thankful and happy with everything! Levi also gave great customer when I came in which can be so rare. I can't recommend this place enough! I definitely plan on coming back.

The FedEx office is inside Walmart, which is a convenient spot for shipping. I recently sent a package there, and the staff was courteous and friendly, making the process quick and easy. The location is perfect, so you can handle both your shipping and shopping. The service was efficient, and I appreciate the helpful attitude of the workers.

Scam scam scam!
Improper service and manager is very very rude and when I went to send package to my friend they asked me regarding the items there was an iPhone and laptop and both got missed and when I did called them they told they can’t do anything it’s not their responsibility.
Please be careful guys please don’t visit this store!

employees will ask the content of the package. if there is anything expensive, it will lost!!
I shipped two expensive electronic items and they lost the package.
Fedex after 2 months of enquiry gave $100 refund.
Disappointed with the service.

Worst FedEx store ever. Don’t go there if you want to get proper service. I tried to package two iPhones the guy at counter asked if there is electronics I told there are iPhones I guess he marked it to steal later. Next few days I was trying to track it manager said it was received but no delivery driver picked up after multiple weeks and hours of wasting time on phone they offer me 100$ credit which is of no use I lost 2500$ worth 2 iPhones because of this store. Stay away from this store

Such a bad place to be. Manager was very arrogant and rude and had no customer service at all. She was always saying she had 10-12 years of experience and was arrogant about it. Worst place to be. Will never go again.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the print center here! Deborah and Levi are AMAZING and go above and beyond for tight print deadlines. I've never experienced such great service at a print center before. You all rock!

The manager at this store is very rude. Every time I go in there to drop off my packages she always tells me I can't ship with the envelopes I have. I told her I always use these at the other Fedex locations and they always take them. She then says they aren't suppose to. She told me to buy an envelope Walmart sells to use. She is not friendly at all and makes you feel like your a burden to her.This is why I will never use this store again. I can see from the other reviews this isn't her first complaint.

Started out ok the girl working was a bit snippy with instructions for my clients on how to print applications I am a realtor and clients often need to fill out paper apps . We went to this place because other places like this were awesome but not so much here It was a few minutes before closing and she started to rush them and when said we just need to scan and email. She said not going to happen tonight we close in 2 minutes . She was extremely pushy and clearly wanted them out . Most aces will close the store and let you finish scanning or emailing but not here. I will never bring any of my clients to this location if I am on this side of town again . Don't go here . Rude Rude and impatient . Never ever have I experienced this at any other store in the entire DFW Metro. I live in Princeton and do business all over the DFW from one end to the other . By far the worst customer service ever.

If I could leave less then 1 star I most definitely would. I went to this location to return a cooler and upon walking in I was stopped by an employee later identified as Deborah, the store manager. She stood behind the counter the held her hand up, telling me to stop, she could not take my item at her location because it was to big. She tried to redirect me to another location and also stated that her driver comes at 4 and if I came back around then and met the driver that he could take it. I looked at my phone and saw that it was 2:46 PM and I stated that was only an hour and fourteen minutes away and she said she didn’t care and pointed to other large packages in her back room. I asked if she could do me a favor and she stated she could not and again pointed to the back room where I could clearly see there was plenty of room for an ice chest. She began to write down an address as she was loudly and rudely telling me where to take my package. I replied that I know how to use google and in frustration tossed a wadded up piece of paper on the ground. It was then that Deborah began screaming at me and telling me to get out of her store and don’t come back. I turned around and asked her what her problem was and she said I trashed her store and I could not come back, I turned and said noProblem and walked away to do my other business at wal mart. I then returned and asked her name and told her I wanted to file a complaint against her, she wrote down a number and told me that everything was recorded and I said good, I hope you get fired and she replied, I won’t. Well I won’t ever be going in that store again, ever!
