The manager at this store is very rude. Every time I go in there to drop off my packages she always tells me I can't ship with the envelopes I have. I told her I always use these at the other Fedex locations and they always take them. She then says they aren't suppose to. She told me to buy an envelope Walmart sells to use. She is not friendly at all and makes you feel like your a burden to her.This is why I will never use this store again. I can see from the other reviews this isn't her first complaint.

If I could leave less then 1 star I most definitely would. I went to this location to return a cooler and upon walking in I was stopped by an employee later identified as Deborah, the store manager. She stood behind the counter the held her hand up, telling me to stop, she could not take my item at her location because it was to big. She tried to redirect me to another location and also stated that her driver comes at 4 and if I came back around then and met the driver that he could take it. I looked at my phone and saw that it was 2:46 PM and I stated that was only an hour and fourteen minutes away and she said she didn’t care and pointed to other large packages in her back room. I asked if she could do me a favor and she stated she could not and again pointed to the back room where I could clearly see there was plenty of room for an ice chest. She began to write down an address as she was loudly and rudely telling me where to take my package. I replied that I know how to use google and in frustration tossed a wadded up piece of paper on the ground. It was then that Deborah began screaming at me and telling me to get out of her store and don’t come back. I turned around and asked her what her problem was and she said I trashed her store and I could not come back, I turned and said noProblem and walked away to do my other business at wal mart. I then returned and asked her name and told her I wanted to file a complaint against her, she wrote down a number and told me that everything was recorded and I said good, I hope you get fired and she replied, I won’t. Well I won’t ever be going in that store again, ever!

Started out ok the girl working was a bit snippy with instructions for my clients on how to print applications I am a realtor and clients often need to fill out paper apps . We went to this place because other places like this were awesome but not so much here It was a few minutes before closing and she started to rush them and when said we just need to scan and email. She said not going to happen tonight we close in 2 minutes . She was extremely pushy and clearly wanted them out . Most aces will close the store and let you finish scanning or emailing but not here. I will never bring any of my clients to this location if I am on this side of town again . Don't go here . Rude Rude and impatient . Never ever have I experienced this at any other store in the entire DFW Metro. I live in Princeton and do business all over the DFW from one end to the other . By far the worst customer service ever.

3/31 Great customer service and phenomenal attitude,I'm just apologetic that I forget the beautiful woman's name for this post, she even offered to help me to the car with my other packages r/t my ankle fracture.

This place is extremely slow. Took 25 minutes to ship my package and there was only 2 people in front of me in line. Avoid if possible.

Avoid this location. They will make you pay and make sales pitches or else they are not going to ship your packages.

My mom went to overnight a charger to me and specifically asked for Fedex Express packaging. The associate bristled at her suggestions and insisted on selling her an envelope and bubble wrap which was NOT needed for my macbook brick. As a former Fedex associate I know that is just upselling and I'm disappointed.

I was there few minutes ago and the lady there told me they dont accept a paper envelope and either i need to buy another envelope so she can put my envelope inside or i can buy the plastic envelope they have for 3$ something. i ask the lady how come fedex deliver to me the same envelope i use and i have an instruction to send the same envelope again.i guess i get scammed

easy access on computer, helpful employee assist if you want to print, usually not crowded or have to wait long. good luck.

The worse and very unhelpful staff ever. They asked me to repackage the manufacture stuff in a different box that the box will break. I am not sure how that’s my concern. I would rather buy stuff from Amazon since their return is an easy return and the staff don’t ask to pack anything for returns

I had to drop off returns to At&t and the manager there waited on me and he was so friendly and helpful. I mentioned I didn't have a box to pack my stuff up to return and he replied " no worries that's actually our job to pack it up and ship it for you". He acknowledged me when I walked in and had to wait and quickly had me in and out! Will be returning!
