I was very happy with my experience, customer service & quality of the work done to my vehicle. Jayson and his team really went out of their way and took care of us. Cheyenne was amazing with communication by keeping us informed about what was going on. We definitely recommend iDent Auto Hail Repair and will use them again if needed.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work that was performed. The office was great about keeping me informed about the progress and really pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend ident Auto Hail Repair and would certainly use them again if heaven forbid I back into another dumpster enclosure!!

I would give it zero stars if possible. I have a list of things that went wrong.
1. Does not call back to give updates on vehicles and missed phone calls
2. Orders cheap after-market parts for replacements
3. gave back vehicle with scratches in the paint
4. misaligned pieces of vehicle were touching each other, causing paint to wear off
5. took 2 1/2 months to get the vehicle back and did not contact me once until the vehicle was ready
6. parts were missing from the vehicle
7. detailing sub-par
8. left sticker scum on door
I have never left a review for any company, but I felt the need to help people save their time and money. Worst service I have ever experienced. Cheap company that does not care to provide quality service.

Great experience. Took my BMW M3 here to get some hail damage fixed on my hood and trunk. Fixed my car looks like nothing ever happened. Great customer support and communication throughout the process. I was in and out same day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone how wants repairs done to there vehicle done right.

My repair experience with ident was an Awesome one. A Job Well done!! I’m a one hundred percent satisfied customer. My truck looks amazing. Zero dents remain on my Truck!! The detail job done on my Truck was the best I have ever seen!!! Keep up the Good Work Ident!!!!
