The gentleman in the back who did my fingerprints was the nicest and funniest guy I’ve ever met! He made the whole experience fun and I’d go back tomorrow if I could!

The gentleman who did my fingerprints was amazing, and I was laughing the entire time. It was super quick and easy. I was 5 minutes late because I couldn't figure out where it was, but unlike some other reviews, they didn't say anything about it and promptly helped me. It was a great experience, and I am so glad I had to go get my fingerprints done!

Store is clean, staff is friendly-Marty in particular was very accomodating! Plus, there is a store dog deserving of a little scratch behind the ear.

The store's atmosphere is nice and everything is kept very clean and organized. All of the staff I encountered were very nice.I needed to get fingerprinting done for my insurance licensing and I did have to go two times because the first time it was not setup correctly. I think it was my company's fault for not specifically asking for the exact type of fingerprinting, however, after reading some other reviews, I think this location should consider making a bit more effort to screen the appointment requests and help people make the right appointment type.It doesn't seem like a very honest way to get extra money from people and I think it could be avoided by just some extra effort.

The older gentleman is wonderful. I’ve been here before but this time I went on a not so busy day and I was late because I work 60 hours a week and couldn’t get off in time. I agreed to walk in because I knew they had time and there were only 3 people in front of me. I checked the schedule beforehand to prove they weren’t busy. The short lady with dark hair insisted she was so busy but I knew she was lying that the schedule was full all day. She turned me around and I rescheduled an hour later. If you want a hassle-free experience don’t go to this location. The woman who took the fingerprints acted like she didn’t know how to serve me even though I told her what I was there for. I knew what I was dealing with from one other time they’ve helped me and had a print out of my requested screening and transaction codes and she found me with no problem. The women make an issue where there isn’t one. Just do your job and stop giving people a hassle, the whole process takes less than 10 minutes.
