Don’t bother using curbside, they won’t actually bring it out to you. And when I eventually gave up on waiting, I was boo’d by the middle aged man making pizzas while I was walking out. Mind you, I said nothing about them not bringing my order to me. Completely uncalled for, especially for a “grown man”.

the food was made like they did not care about the customer. I have ordered from this location before and it has begun to slip out over the years. I would like to start off by describing the quality of the food. It looks like it was just made by someone who was high i have worked at Marcos and i understand how it is made and these pizzas were made just by throwing the toppings on the pizza no placement for anything. it look a complete mess when i opened it and i could open it like a book it was so bad it was falling apart. i would like to hear from someone to fix this immediately because i would lie to know what is going on here I don't approve of the service either i asked for the manager and they would not let me talk to him or her. 0 stars i would recomend you spend your money at pizza inn or bosses pizza

Getting very frustrated with this location which is fortunate since it is so convenient but they have messed up my order the last 3-4 times. Missed crust toppers, side cups that cost money, notes for the driver, etc. The errors continue to add up making unsure what I’ll get if I do order from them, disappointing.

I just ordered a pizza after several years. My husband and I used to eat Marco's pizza so frequently that we just got burned out on it. Not Marco's fault. I found myself craving it once again so I went online to order my usual works with extra sauce for dipping. There was no place where I could order that extra sauce for dipping. Now, the order hasn't even arrived yet but I remember how necessary that extra sauce was for me. The fact that it isn't available anymore leads me to believe that streamlining their pizza delivery process is more important to them than customer satisfaction. I'm so tired of dealing with restaurants that don't give a flying flip about their customers. I already know I will be disappointed and I will not be ordering from them again. But they had a nice run for awhile. I despise managers who don't care about their customers and clearly Marco's has such people employed. You had a good thing going Marco, but you blew it. Pizza arrived. In a Papa John's box. So that's what happened. PJ bought Marco's and now they suck just like PJ. No thanks. It's been a few years since I ordered a Marco's pizza. It will be a long time before I order another. It's truly as disappointing without extra sauce as I remembered. Buh. Bye.

I'm very disappointed in this location. I've always preferred Marcos over the other pizza brands for over a decade now. The service and food has always pleased when using the NRH, North fort worth or west fort worth locations. This blue mound location though. The food isn't too great, sometimes the pizza is dry with little sauce. My biggest issue is they cannot keep up with the demand. Many times over I've had to wait over a hour for a pizza to be made, and that's even when I'm picking up the pizza. Ordered a pizza today at 5:20, arrived there minutes before 6:00 and was told they haven't even made it yet and I would need to wait 20-30 minutes. That would make it 50 minutes for them to even get to making the pizza. I requested to cancel the order and they did, but I'm still not happy because this is not the first time I've experienced this issue at this location, and per other reviews I'm not the only one. I wish another marcos would open maybe in the eagle mountain or lake worth area so I could avoid using the blue mound road location.

I ordered carryout. I was greeted upon entering and paid. The clerk said my pizza will be ready in 30 seconds because they are cutting it. He then went to the back to fold boxes. I was ignored while I tried to get anyone's attention as my pizza sat on the rack. The pizza had so much grease that my car seat was greasy. I didn't know until I got home. I only ate 2 slice after dabbing them with a paper towel, then became sick. I have no desire to return...being ignored and sickness. (Blue Mound store)

Horrible 45 minutes after promise time. Sandwich and wings were cold. Sandwich was just thrown together and a so messy didn’t even eat. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Quality food & efficient delivery. The ingredients were so good! From the bread, sauce, cheese, & toppings. The garlic parmesan wings were fire.

I ordered pizza online. over 1 1/2 hr still don't have the pizza. Drove up to the store. Not taking responsibility. Say it's already sent out. Expect me to wait without compensation. I ask for full refund. I ask them to make this right Compensation. The manager insisted sorry and if we wanted to leave negative feedback to go ahead. I was a regular customer and now I will never never ever order from Marcos Pizza again in this lifetime!!!!!!! Never again.

I have always had amazing pizza and top notch customer service come from this store. No one has ever treated me poorly and my pizza is always incredible. Not to mention how fast they make it! And a HUGE shoutout to Marcus. One of the nicest guys you'll meet. Thanks guys!

I've hesitated posting a review up until now because things happen, but this location used to be excellent, but has gone to the opposite end of the spectrum. Second time in a row that the exact same order was delivered incorrect. This makes the third time that we've received an incorrect order in recent months. Sure, we get credit, but what good is that if it keeps coming incorrect each time.Delivery person was apologetic, but it wasn't his fault.The Marcos app is also a disaster. Was a good app until they "upgraded". Is more like a downgrade than an upgrade.May be time to find another pizza company.

I tried placing an order it came up that I was 11 minutes away from having a delivery one minute out from their 10 minute regular 10 due to traffic. I’m sure that made up that one minute the manager would not budge and would not take my order but JJ at the North Tarrant store in Fort Worth called the manager for me still would not budge, so thank you JJ for taking my order and getting it delivered. You’re the bomb if anyone wants to have Marco’s Pizza do it on North Tarrant, not Bluemound Road.
