Picked up a meal from this place around 5:30 this evening and I knew they provide sample if some item is new in menu but two girls working at front desk told a new policy that they don’t provide any sample to try after Covid, I was bit surprised to hear that because I have tried that couple weeks ago from different location and they have worst customer service ever, so rude, never going back to this location again

Idk what's going on at this Panda Express but the last few times my food was burnt and this time my chicken and Green beans the Green beans were raw and not cooked! I'm not going back to this location anymore. They always mess up with the food ? ?

Saginaw Panda Express usually hit or miss. I've had other locations that are way better in terms of availability of food and temperature of the items.

I just moved to Saginaw and just visited this Panda Express and had a good experience. The woman at the drive through window was polite and friendly. The food quantity and quality was very good. Visited on 1/16 at 10:35am.

I came to the establishment at 10:45 PM and they said that they were closed already but they don’t close until 11 PM on Sundays so I don’t know who the management is but I guess they’re closing earlier than the time that they’re supposed to be, I’ll be calling corporate!
