Be sure to check the price on the shelf and register at checkout! Shelf had product a dollar cheaper than what rang up and sales person said "Sorry, I'll let my Manager know" No way to get $1 back. That's one way to make money!! ?

As a licensed Texas cosmologist I have been into many Sally’s Beauty Supply stores. I had the best experience at this location and wanted to recommend others to shop this location personally as the result of my experience. This location is very organized and the management, Sheila Tune is AMAZING! She is completely knowledgeable about all products and took her time to help me in formulating using Sally’s products herself! Sheila is an asset to this company as she went above and beyond in customer service and was able to help me with my need’s professionally which I can say I have never experienced in any Sally’s before. I will definitely be back!! Thank you so very much Shelia! I appreciate you!

Sheila was super helpful and awesome assisting a purchase. I messed my hair up horribly with bleach highlights and sent my fiance in to bring back everything to fix it. Sheila had no problem helping him even though he came there 10min to close. She made sure we had everything and even spoke to me on speakerphone to reassure and explain everything he was bringing home. Thank you!!

staff extremely rude and unhelpful. They acted like they couldn't be bothered like the didn't care about customers or if I bought something like oh well not a big deal. I wouldn't go there, Walmart Amazon anywhere but Sally's. I am surprised that they are still in business with that kind of staff. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I felt very uncomfortable. When I came in the store I wasn't greeted but the white customer that came in after me was. Then I was looking in the textured hair section next to a white man. The white associate asked him if he needed any help finding anything and she happily pointed out where he should look. She walked right past me as if I was invisible. Will NOT be back. I don't know what's up with that but I went here before and the employees were friendly. Not sure if place is under new management or not, but FYI, you are losing customers due to horrible customer service. Customer service is not a pick and choose who you want to speak to and who you don't want to speak to ordeal.

Was in Sally's with daughter. We are obviously African American and were looking st hair care products for us. The manager told cashier " you might want to keep a close eye on them", we are only people in store. Will never shop where the racism is so blatant again. I will order online and pay more before I step foot in there again!!

Has a horrible incident today horrible customer service the lady messed up my transaction and did not want to give me my full change back I thought I was bad at math but this girl was on another level. Please do yourself a favor and go to the one in Lake worth they are always helpful at that location.

No longer shopping at this location. This happened about almost a week ago. I forgotten my coffee cup came back the next day to get it. What was odd is that the clerk said it's underneath the counter let me go grab it and suddenly it's not there she went ahead and got my name and number and said maybe one of her coworkers accidentally took it home thinking it was theirs. I never got a call back I didn't expect to get a call back because no one accidentally takes a coffee cup home that's not theirs unless they're stealing it. Of course it's my fault for leaving my coffee cup there anyways but the point is you leave any of your stuff plan on getting stolen that's the type of employees that work at Sallys in Saginaw.
