This place has extremely poor costumer service! They always eating food and you need to wait, and as you stand at register they will continue to talk to each instead of checking you out!! Pathetic! Why would you lie on your staff it was you!!! And when came back to your establishment it was the same poor costumer service as usual, pathetic

You don’t find businesses like this anymore! Prices are not jacked up, if they don’t have what you like they will order it and keep it stocked for you. They treat their regulars fantastic! If you’re on the fence about going here, do! You won’t regret it.

Super friendly staff. I showed up 4 minutes after they closed and they let me come in to get what I needed super quickly!! Talk about going above and beyond!! They have the best vape juice around, and good quality glass!! I won’t go anywhere else!!

First and last time here. Bought a vape, as soon as I tried it, it was burnt. Tried another, it was burnt. I tried 3, then asked if I can get a refund or pick something else, the lady straight up said she won't do that. Then walked away from me. I was thinking maybe someone has scammed before. So I took it home to try it. It sizzled loudly, then died. I've always had this brand. And never has anything like this happened.
Also, trash was just all over the floor. I tripped over trash coming into the shop. Kinda gross, not gonna lie.

I bought a esco bar and i puffed it a couple times in the store and it seemed fine, I went back to my car and I puffed it again and it was burnt.. I went back inside and tried to exchange it and the cashier cuts me off as Im asking if I could exchange it and says that they can only exchange if the esco bar doesnt puff not if its burnt… Every other store exchanges vapes, They may be cheap but they do lousy business. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone just in case you get a burnt vape and lose money and time.

Best Prices in the entire metroplex! I guarantee you will not find it cheaper anywhere else. Casey and his team always give the best service. No pushy sales like in other smoke shops I’ve been too. The juices are consistently fresh and he’s honest with disposables. Most places would tell you to fly a kite if it happens to be faulty, NOT HERE! He is willing to take a potential loss to make sure his customers are taken care of. Been doing business here for a little over 5 years and have no plans to shop anywhere else!
