Went up there got approved for $3000. Adam smith store manager randomly started asking what phone I have what am I getting. Talking to my wife telling her does she know it’s going on her credit (well duh) and started a big scene in the store. The at the end told us we’re not approved no more and our credit is 780. That makes no since. Bad customer service this is discrimination and i will be sueing the store. Adam smith needs no be fired and held accountable for his actions.

Karla took great care of me after a previous employee wasted a ton of my time AND didn't get my BOGO promo. Ben, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. Talking to these guys if you have troubles, they are the real deal and will get you what you need.Corporate needs to take notice, these are model employees.

Overall the experience was great and the salesman was nice and helpful, however we were enrolled in the military plan and weren’t told we would have to verify anything online, I had to find out for myself and if you are supposed to receive a gift card to pay off a device from another carrier, just know that you have to submit a rebate online. None of this was told to me so hopefully it will help someone else.

Horrible customer Service. The older lady forgot her name that’s how useless she was. She wasn’t willing to help or inform the customers about plans. Seems to hate her job. If she doesn’t like the field she is in then find something better. I prefer a hispanic gentleman named Miguel. He went above and beyond!

I went into the store because I was having issues with my home internet. From the moment I walked into the store JD was helpful and attentive and went above and beyond. He handled my warranty claim with ease. He is a definite asset to the comany.

Not sure why this T-mobile location only has 3.7 stars. Every time I went in, I had great experiences. They resolved all my issues, and were very pleasant and friendly. I drive 17 mins just to go to this location, passing 2 other T-mobile stores because of the negative experiences I had with them. I will drive to this location every time.

Amazing service and had issues with my fold 5 not coming in and shout out to Adam, the manager. If I could take him out to dinner, I would. He's so great! 10/10 customer service.Shout out to Aaron Mendes as well. He helped I explaining my options and gave me his card if I ever have any other questions.I could literally cry, they were both amazing at solving my issue. BEST TMOBILE EXPERIENCE

Worst T Moblie i have ever visited the lady I talked to very unprofessional and rude. I believe her name was Lyvette. I hope T- mobile can get better employees to help loyal customers, with someone like that definitely pushes great customer away I will definitely not be returning to this location again

The staff are nice but 1 employee was working several customers at the same time which was great as phone warranties and transfers take time but it makes you feel progress is happening instead of just sitting there waiting and not knowing.

Mixed results at this branch. At our first visit we had a very professional young lady who was very helpful and definitely customer oriented. Unfortunately, when we went back to address our new Flip 4 screen failing (not even a month old) the man who "helped" us was very rude and obnoxious. Poor representation of T-Mobile.

This T-Mobile store provided us with the best experience you could ever hope for. A big thank you goes out to Tyrone and Bryce for helping us make a complicated carrier switch with the best terms. We're happy with T-Mobile and we're delighted with this location near the Saginaw Walmart at 1453 N. Saginaw Blvd. I highly recommend them.

Beware, don’t say you weren’t warned.They told me the reason my service sucked is because of my phone outdated phone so I bought an iPhone ($1000) and then they sent a device called a cell spot to sit in the window at the house. After 15 years of service with them, I had to cancel because i was not getting what i was paying for. They have charged me ($1000) more after canceling their service. I need an attorney, but i don’t have time for this. I have to go change my bank account to keep them from charging me.
