I went to daycare here as a child, my mom works here, and now my son goes to daycare here. It's a great and safe place for your child(ren). The staff is very attentive and caring. They are like family.

Sunshine is the best!!! My child went there 2 years… after we moved and had to switch daycares it’s been a nightmare. Sunshine literally is the best with academic and social skills. First thing Monday morning I’m going back- I would rather leave early in the morning just to get my son there. It’s very clean and safe.

My two boys have been enrolled here for the last year and half and they love it. I also love it because it’s a Christian based establishment and it shows through the teachers’ kindness and genuine love for children. I know when I drop them off they are going to be safe and well taken care of. Another great point is they’re the most reasonably priced place around and welcome toddlers at 6am, babies at 6:45a. (They even help with potty training!) Would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Sunshine Playhouse is absolutely amazing. They truly love and care for every kid and provide a fun, safe environment. Many of their staff members have worked there 15+ years and are well loved in Saginaw. I couldn't have chosen a better daycare for my daughter. We love us some Ms. Nita & Rosie!!

I have visited this place and the director is not there. I've called several times over the months and no one has ever answered the phone or returned my voicemail. I'm not even sure if this place is still running anymore, but I won't waste my time. It makes me feel uncomfortable to think that if my child is there I'm unable to reach anyone. I'm not sure who was running this place or how it's still open but I'm moving on to someone more professional.

My daughter had the joy and pleasure of attending this daycare and I loved everything about their facility. All of the staff are loving, kind, helpful and truly care for the children. My daughter was able to be potty trained by Ms. Retta in just 2 weeks! It felt like she was part of a family. Every night before going to bed, she would exclaim “I’m going to wake up in the morning and see my friends and Ms. Retta!” They teach your kids about Jesus, have a phenomenal communication system, and are always willing to go the extra mile. We enjoyed our time here and will always call this place home. I love Sunshine Playhouse!

My child has attended Sunshine Playhouse for about 4 months and I could not be happier. All of the teachers and staff are so kind to both kids and parents. They work with you and your child on an individual level to provide great care.The facilities are a little older, but you can only really tell from layout. They keep the facility clean and tidy at all times. We truly enjoy taking our child to sunshine playhouse.

Our son (3yrs old) has only been going to Sunshine Playhouse for about 4months. We could not be happier!He previously attended 2 different “highly” recommended programs, neither were a good fit for him, one of which basically told us our son needed a full time aide. Behaviors they were reporting were not happening at home. So we didn’t know what to expect when we started at Sunshine.We immediately noticed the teachers have more patience and treat each child as individuals that learn at different rates. They set very clear age appropriate boundaries and follow through with those boundaries. This is how we parent so that alone was huge! We’re getting reports that improve week over week.Our son wants to be up moving around and they do lots of learning while up moving and being physically active and not constantly sitting at the desk.They must being teaching patience and sitting still because at home, we’ve never gotten through reading a single book without our son wanting to get up and play. But now he will sit and actively participate in reading up to 4 books in a row at least 3-4 times a week. Tears of joy!! I can not say enough kind words for Sunshine Playhouse and their staff! I wish I would have found them sooner!

My son went here for about 2 years (3-5) and he loved it. Staff was always very helpful and friendly. He learned a lot, too, and is ahead in his class through the school district.

Full disclosure, I went here as a kid! Sunshine Playhouse was the best. They were always taking us on field trips and there was always something to do. The teachers are so kind.People are always amazed when u tell them my day care had arcade games. I'm still good at qbert to this day.
