These guys balanced my tires on the front of my truck and finally got rid of the shaking and vibration. Took less than 15 minutes, I was in and out. update 12/27/18 was 5 stars but they got 2 popular and started jacking their prices up too high. I've been buying my new tires and used tires here for years the owner acts like he's knows you but has no clue who you are.
12/28/18 well I was wrong. He definitely knows who you are. That is what I expect when doing business with small businesses. So I'll change my review back to five stars and thank you Mohammed for taking the time.

“I’ve had multiple interactions with this business the two gentlemen that you will deal with honest and they know what they’re talking about. I was very surprised when they knew about foreign vehicles as an Independent advanced engine performance specialist I can see straight through the bullshit, but there was none of that. They do go above and beyond and that’s an understatement. If you take your vehicle here you know for sure that you will get way much better and a piece of mine then you would at a dealership or anywhere else. If you have a vehicle doesn’t matter what type of vehicle it is they can actually do it. They’re very well equipped and the diversity there. I love it. They literally do everything that a dealership does much more cheaper for the same quality if not actually better they believe in this saying that we all know if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it they don’t care about the money as in if you tell them you want this done, but it doesn’t need to be touched. They will tell you it does not need to be fixed or touched. They’re not money hungry they’re very convenient. There is not enough good things to say about this business so if I would have to recommend, I would recommend them to My performance buddies in this industry including my personal friends and anybody else I love this place. I love the people that work here now we’re family.”

He was super nice, personable, and had great energy the whole time. You can tell he really cares about his customers and the work he does. “I came here today for my state inspection. I don't know if they do appointments, but I came and was helped quickly by (the owner?), Al. After I was helped, a mechanic named Zeddie came in and introduced himself and asked me if I had been helped. He definitely knew how to approach a customer, which is not easy to do it to learn. I was impressed with how professionally he introduced himself and wanted to make sure that I had been helped.
My car failed to pass the inspection the first time, but then I came back later and passed. I didn't have to wait and they were nice about it.
Come to this shop if you want to receive great, friendly customer service.”

“Wow! Discount Tire is the best! Especially the one in Haslet! Very friendly, kind, respectful and SO HELPFUL! It just makes your day to come in! I took one car in to get my tires rotated- got it done ASAP - I did make an appointment. Then, two days later I had a flat on another car- dropped it off and it was done before my appointment time!! So I was able to pick it up early! And guess what?? You’ll not believe this, I wasn’t charged AT ALL - for either service!!! Crazy huh?

“Had a super smooth experience at this location. I came in for an alignment on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee after a rough week of repairs. I had a tie rod snap & had to replace a lower ball joint + control arm. Before they touched it, my Jeep was basically driving “pigeon toed.” I scheduled my appointment online & was able to get in the same day so it was super simple, & Robert actually called to confirm my appointment beforehand, which was a huge contrast compared to other shops where I’ve shown up & they didn't even know I was coming. The whole staff was friendly & you can tell they actually work as a team. They got me in pretty much the moment I arrived & out way faster than I expected, but most importantly they got the alignment just right so the pigeon toed era is over. A huge thanks to Robert & the rest of the crew from the front to the techs in the back, everyone was great.”
