Reserved a moving truck online 3 day in advance. I called & confirmed my reservation the day before. I went to pick it up & they told me that they didn’t have anything available. They told me I had to drive 30 mins to use a truck (that wasn’t even the same one I reserved) at a different location. If the reservation changed, they never called, texted or emailed to notify me. This was one of the only days I was available to move so it was extremely inconvenient. I asked the man working at the store what he could do to help me & he didn’t offer anything. Terrible customer service all together.
