See a lot of one-star reviews and mostly about the USPS. The positive reviews are mostly about the Saginaw location and its staff - as it should be. I usually go to the office near my house but happened to be in Saginaw and needed to mail an important letter. I did not get the young man's name, but he was professional and courteous and not something I have experienced at the locations closer to home. I'll be back.

Worst delivering service there is i had a package that was in Houston at first and it just went to New Jersey with no purpose so I had to wait an extra week to get it I do not recommend your better of with Ups or FedEx

I received an email stating that my package got delivered and "left at Met Customer" but I was never there in person due to my job. Plus my package was not authorized by me to be delivered to this post office to begin with. If I do not receive my package, I will file a police report if it is needed. Because I will not spend my hard earned money on a package only for me to not receive it.

I have yet to find the perfect post office but this one is pretty darn good. While it may not be a great time to be a postal employee, the staff are courteous, knowledgable and patient. I wish they had full service kiosks at this and all locations, but I don't think that is this location’s fault..

Went in today sent something certified mail , manny was very nice and extremely helpful. I notice his coworker was just as nice to others coming in so 10/10 this morning Guys 😊

This office is so out of date and run down. Usually, there’s an self checkout kiosk at most post offices…not this one.

My last 4 packages were not in locker box Today I had another package marked as delivered and I had somebody else’s package which I took to them. We have a neighborhood Facebook group and this seems to be happening daily

Horrible experience todayVery bad attitude. Bianca needs a vacation ASAP PLEASE!!!!!She prefers to tape your boxes herself as if your not capable or no other option. Well, I prefer to tape my own boxes Tape GOD
