Worse experience. My daughter and i both were trying for over an hour to connect with the bakery. Called customer service and was told they should have been there. Went to the store another worker went behind the counter nobody was there. Its like they work there but nobody knows whose there So what kind of business is that? How are you supposed to order anything with no one working or answering phones

I got my oil changed here about a month ago on 5/19/23 around 5pm. There was two guys working. It was a Sunday. It was probably the worst service I have had since coming here. Usually I get text message updates on how long when my car is beginning to get worked on and when it's ready for pick up etc.. I ended up waiting an additional 50 minutes, once I got tired of waiting. I went to pick up my car after walking around Walmart, when I arrived the two gentlemen (they looked like kids) that were "cleaning up" laughed when they realized I had waited so long extra to pick up my car. Terrible customer service.

NO customer service! I have a $279.00 robot vacuum that was purchased for a Christmas gift, it is broken. It sat under the tree almost 6 weeks before even opened. It is past 90 days from purchase and there is no extension given since was purchased for a Christmas gift. Walmart won't even exchange it. BE CAREFUL BUYING ON BLACK FRIDAY SALES!

I live way closer to the Haslet Walmart but often that location is out of the stuff I want and super busy. Saginaw location, however, had all the things I needed, with the exception of kid's 13 size water shoes-but I know they might not be in season yet. I was able to walk inside, find everything with ease and checkout with no issues. The parking lot had plenty of spaces closer to the entrance and everyone was pleasant. By that I mean, I didn't notice anyone in a hurry trying to rush to parking spots and driving too close to pedestrians (like Haslet). I was able to mosey without feeling rushed! I don't mind the drive if it means I will find products and not be stressed out! Great experience.

Be very cautious when ordering a pickup order at this location. I had a pickup order on this day 1-6-22. I went to the app, giving a heads up that I am on my way. Before I reached Walmart to pickup my order, I received a notification thanking me for my pickup and the order was completed. Once I arrive to the Walmart in Saginaw, I called the number on the pickup sign and informed them what just happened. The Walmart associate told a bold face lie. She stated on her side I arrived and she came out and waited 10 minutes. Shen then stated she tried to call as well. I never mark the pickup parking number I was located nor the color and type of car I would have been in. Why would you complete an order if the customer had not received their merchandise? I will let anyone reading this review answer what this female associate was trying to get away with. Not good!

Since I'm going to be in the car for a while, there are a few more things I need to be comfortable. I found plenty of decent stuff and most of it was in stock with different colors and sizes. I found a decent tshirt that will get worn tomorrow. They had a good selection of drinks including the specific flavor of Bubly that I like. Plenty of different jerky flavors, too. At the register, a short queue at the self checkout and none of the machines were down. Unusual. Overall, a good shop at Walmart. [Review 16101 overall - 281 in Texas - 1606 of 2021.]

This store is ridiculous for their supposed pick-up. Every time is over an hour wait outside in the pick-up zone. I understand if you are short staffed. That means don't allow so many orders though.

Walmart pickup is a joke, or at least at this location it is. First they canceled my order, so that was annoying. I had to reorder but I waited so long to get my stuff... I think I could get my groceries inside faster than how long I had to wait on them to bring them to my car. What is the point ???

We go to Walmart once a week. Never had an issue but I do have one big issue. Why do I see so many people now who are not wearing mask. We were there yesterday and I saw at least 10 people customers and employees not wearing mask. No one is saying anything. I dont like wearing them either but it is required and again there needs to be someone to say something to these people. One was in line right behind us yesterday. And the cashier didnt say one thing to them. I think you need to mandate this and walk around and if they are not wearing a mask to either put one one or leave. Thank you

**********HONEST REVIEW********* If I could give this Walmart 0 stars, I would. Don't expect to be treated with respect or customer service at this store. The manager, Cindy, refused to honor a price that was advertised on the shelf for a product, even after showing her the advertised price. Her response to me was "I'm not honoring that price, it's more than half off" and "take it or leave it". Frankly, it doesn't matter how much the price difference is, the fact that the product is advertised at one price is MORE THAN ENOUGH evidence to allow the manager to adjust the product to that price. In the middle of this encounter, the cashier, Carol, thinks it is appropriate to blatantly laugh at the customer. When the manager told me "take it or leave it", Carol literally laughed out loud, because the manager wouldn't honor the price. If this is what Walmart calls good customer service, they should be ashamed. Cindy, the manager, has no business being a manager if she is going to treat customers with such rude behavior and disrespect. As for Carol, she should be written up for her behavior. Walmart, you need to step up the training you give your associates. I've never had such a negative experience like this in customer service, and I used to work as a cashier. I have attached the photo of the product that was advertised at a wrong price. It CLEARLY shows that Walmart should have honored the advertised price. Hopefully something is done to correct this wrong on Walmart's part.

So today was the first time I did pickup, and there is a reason why other stores make you pick a time, bc the line at pickup was ridiculously long. So when I checked in, my app said I had to go inside - so I thought, ok, that's fine, this line is long, going inside is just as easy. Nope - I had to walk to the very back and smack middle of the store in order to pick up my online purchase? Pickup is supposed to be convenient- when I have to walk past the item I bought online, to the furthest point in the store, does not make it convenient or worth it at all. I should have just grabbed the sandals off the shelf and went and paid at self checkout, it wouldn't have taken 30 minutes. But then it gets better! I check in at the pickup kiosk & stand there for a few minutes and no worker shows up to assist. So then I see a hand written sign that says call this number to get help...... are u kiddding me!? Call this number!? What is the point??? Walmart- you have it ALL wrong!!!!! Go take some lessons from a few other stores like Kroger, HEB, Nordstrom, target! Get it together and make it convenient for your customers not an annoyance or irritation! I will never do Walmart pick up again at this store.

4 1/2 to 5 hours for a simple oil change and lube service on a vehicle is ridiculous!! dont ever come to the service center at this walmart cause youll be spending an entire day waiting for your car. i areived at 4:15pm, and it is now 8:45pm and still my vehicle still hasnt been serviced! horrible service!

If you're expecting to get a quick oil change while doing grocery shopping, better come up with new plans. I've been waiting an hour and a half for a basic oil change, and I was third in line when I got here.
