There are so mean because close the phone when I talk to him and don’t send the medicine don’t help no good service the people there is very mean don’t advise anyone to go there

5 stars for Chris. I was so sick, I messed up and forgot to let my provider know that I was allergic to penicillin. Chris was patient and kind, and got me the correct medicine ASAP. Thanks Chris!

I was from out of state visiting my family when I had a bad tooth get infected, fever etc. Trying to get things done from another state when you're sick is a rat race. Once I was able to get a hold of of my Dr, who was working short handed because of illnesses, she was able to send in a prescription for me within 6 hours. My family is already a Wal-Mart family in Arkansas and they didn't drop he ball. The Wal-Mart in Saginaw, Tx didn't either. The store and pharmacy employees were very friendly and professional. It was very nice and comforting to know you can depend on them when you're traveling alone, without my husband being there to help. Thanks Wal-Mart!!??

Horrendous.Told to come back in 30 minutes for a prescription that was sent in by the doctor awhile ago.Returned in 40 minutes, and was chided by same the drive thru person for it only being "15 minutes since you were here". Rude upfront, and then I asked the status of my prescriptions, since it had been the appropriate amount of time to return. Told to wait, and that it would be just a moment.Sat in the drive thru for another 30 minutes without any update, only to be told, "I'm being told it's going to be the same wait.""So I was told 30 minutes, waited 40, then waited another 30 minutes in the druve thru, and now you're telling me it's going to be 30 minutes again?""Yes."

Not sure why they get such a bad reviews. I have been here multie times. The pharmacist take the time to talk to me about my concerns. The wait is about 6 mins. Overall okay.

My God! It don’t cost to be friendly or kind. You never know what people is going through. I will like to know why Walmart Pharmacy can’t scan items when there is 1 or less person in the line. I asked Anna if she can add my 5 items (picture attached) and she said she can’t because she have a line. I look back it was one lady (picture attached). Then she went on to say it has to be 4 or less items… So, I ask to speak to the manger (AJ) and of course we know he agreed with her. I had a medical problem where I couldn’t stand long at that time. That’s the only reason why I even asked. People are just not friendly or approachable any more.

My doctor called in a prescription to the pharmacy and so I went there to pick it up not expecting to have any problems. The young lady told me that one of my prescriptions was unable to be filled as they were short of that particular medicine. I was told that I would be contacted the next day when they received their shipment and my prescription would be filled entirely at that point. So by early evening I hadn't heard anything by email or phone or text so I gave them a call and the young lady simply told me that they didn't get in that particular medicine in their shipment and I'd have to go to another Walmart to get it filled. No apology no admission of apathy on their part like I have nothing better to do but sit around and wait. So now I have to go to another Walmart tomorrow to get my prescription filled and I'm extremely busy but hey nobody's more busy then a pharmacist tech at Walmart! But the pharmacist really wanted to press me to give 6 more vaccinations for other illnesses and diseases including shingles and I really can't stand any of this.
