Raymond in the produce section was stocking items. When I asked if they were out of an otem, he didn't hesitate to go in the back for my item. His manor and demenor proved to me that customer service isn't dead. Just overlooked. As a District Manager myself, I would not overlook this employees potential to help build guests for life. Went to pick up some soups and other food, and decided to stop by the sporting goods counter and see what 22LR ammo was on sale.There was an associate there stocking some items, so I asked her if I could get her help to scan a box of Winchester Super X.She was unable to open the cabinet, so she called another associate over to the counter.Eventually the sporting goods assistant manager arrived and unlocked the case, and I was able to make two selections and pay for them at the sporting goods counter.This was the first time in six months I'd been able to get any help at the sporting goods counter and locate someone to open that cabinet, so I immediately went and got a lottery ticket, since this was indeed a rare day.Both associates were friendly and helpful.

Ok all Im gonna give you a public service message it really has nothing to do with the store per se, The store is clean and well staffed. My concern is the Online delivery portion, I use to order all the time from Walmart and got prompt good service and then about 6 months ago my orders arrived late, missing items, thrown on my porch so I looked at my cameras and found that Jessica was suppose to deliver my order yet the person dropping off my order was a guy? The next order I got I opened the door and asked a question the gentleman didnt speak English I asked his name ( knowing it was John ) and he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. I suspect it wasnt John. I made another order and wanted to add a Item so I contacted the Driver on the App and got no answer. I did some calling and got the canned response " Walmart hires 3rd party drivers to deliver their products" so I did some investigating and only to find out people are using stolen identities to get hired at Walmart, They use paper plates on their cars so as they cant be turned in. I did not believe it so I drove up to walmart to see and low and behold the lot by package pickup was full of cars with temp plates and a group of men huddled around phones I approached them to ask questions and they all scattered, I then approached another man sitting in his car and asked him if he was a delivery driver and he said yes, he told me these are a group of illegal immigrants that steal DL and make fake accounts and run software to steal orders. hmmm Is this the people you want delivering orders to your families? If you dont believe me search " Walmart Spark Scammers" their are 100's of articles.

Sometimes I’m here and I feel like I might get jumped. I am a lovely mother of 3 children and I constantly have to worry about not only their safety, but me and my husband’s. The VALENTINES ROBOT THING SINGS MEGAN THEE STALLION(shes in the right not Niki), Niki Minaj, and others that were not relevant. The songs r good tho.

I visited the Saginaw Walmart Auto Center on January 15 to have my battery tested. It tested "Good" on all levels, but it had some green powdery acid build-up around the terminal. It was very cold that day and we had had some snow flurries earlier that morning. I am very grateful for Dimas going the extra mile to clean and wire brush away all of the gunk off of both posts! He explained to me everything that he was doing as he was doing it. He apologized for his broken English. I thanked him for coming to our country and for coming to work that day. No need to apologize for being in the process of learning our language! So little care is given to customers at a lot of establishments these days! I bought that battery almost 2 years ago, but Dimas made sure that it will continue to start my car! It has started every time since then! As you can tell, he made quite an impression on me. He even refused a small tip from me. I do appreciate customer service like Dimas gave me, and I will return to this Walmart when I am ready for a new battery!

The cashier wasn't good at bagging. They changed the layout couldn't find everything. Walmart has forgotten the concept of you have been to one Walmart you have been to them all. We went in about an hour before closing, the shelves were empty of a lot of groceries, pallets and stockers pre staging were in the way, the items that were being pre staged were trip/fall hazards. Walmart just lost 2 stars.
