Walked in on Saturday November 9th without an appointment to add someone to my business account that was leaving to go out of state within an hour of leaving the bank that needed access to the account.... the manager with dark hair with blonde highlights, account manager, I'm assuming that's what she was got up to get the next customer and I asked her how do I sign in to be seen she said that I have to schedule an appointment I said well what if you get done with that customer early and she said even if she gets done with this customer early she still can only schedule me an appointment and said she cannot help me today so that's why I'm giving a one-star review.... help your business customers. I bet the Bluemound branch wouldn't have turned us away. But the Bluemound branch is closed on Saturdays.

Went to the Saginaw branch to get a document notarized, no one was at the branch, several WF staff, we have a business account at WF, with no customers there at the time, a staff said we had to have an appointment to get a document notarized, they were not busy! Lousy customer service, so we went to the Lake Worth Bank of America, they took care of us there, yes we have a BoA account as well...maybe I should move my business account to BoA

I'm not even a customer of Wells Fargo & I know this branch has major issues. First off, no one answers the phone at this branch, not even the customer service line can get a hold of this branch thru an internal number. My real issue is that I have a customer of Wells Fargo constantly blaming me (as a merchant) for double charges to her Wells Fargo debit bank account. I'm pretty sure that this is a simple bank transaction called a dispute that any customer can start at their bank. For some reason, this branch is sending their customer back to my place of business to demand a refund for the double transaction. This is a simple situation & this branch does not have employees with the right skills, knowledge, or desire to help their customers solve simple problems. I believe this is a simple situation for a bank that happens often when a charge is funded v not funded to a merchant. Not sure why it is a customer's (or a third-party's) responsibility to do an investigation in this case. Glad I don't have a Wells Fargo Account of any sort. According to the previous reviews of this branch & this situation, there is definitely an issue here and hopefully it gets fixed before they lose all of their customers.

I can now see why this branch has such a low rating. I have never had it made so difficult to do business with a bank in my entire 20 year career in banking. They gave me wrong information about what was needed for a name change (which is also ridiculous given every other bank I bank with has not required me to come IN PERSON at all) and I spend my lunch hour going up there (with an appointment) with said wrong information and now it’s my fault. They tried to rectify by asking for an exception, then waste even more of my time acting like they can make an exception when they know they can’t. So, whatever I’ll have to come back now.Now I can’t deposit a check, because my new name is on the check that THEY ISSUED. Even when I have all the documents. They say they don’t have time and I need to make an appointment when each representative is sitting at their desks alone. Even for simple tasks. Not very convenient, nor worth my time, no wonder branches are becoming obscure. ??♀️

Terrible customer service, had unauthorized fraudulent charges on my debit card dating back 9 months. They only credited me back transactions within 60 days because that’s all they’re liable for. Will be switching banks soon! Never again will I bank with WF.

Deplorable customer service. Do to fraudulent activity my accounts, all of my accounts were closed online. I was told I needed to go to a local branch to open new accounts. I arrived at 10:10am without an appointment. I was acknowledged by two customer reps and was asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I acknowledged and said I would wait for a rep. One rep disappeared and had yet to reappear after one hour. I have waited 85 Minutes and remain waiting. The one rot on the wall is “Courtesy” well, there is a lot of the same in the feedlot down the road. This is a terrible experience.

If I could put no stars I would, my husband and I went to the atm to pull out cash and the ate his card, went to talk to the bank and said basically too bad and to drive all the way back to our bank 20 minutes away and get a new card. Ridiculous

Horrible experience with the saginaw tx branch off 287. Me and my subcontractors are closing our accounts andPutting our money to a better customer service credit union or bank. Horrible experience with their overseas hires too. For wells fargo. I recorded everything 2 party texas.

Horrible experiences lately with customer service. Treated my Mompoorly about being in the way. We have an appointment at 10:00 a.m. and have proof of it on a card she handed us. She of course did not apologize and said that is not what she put down. Would appreciate more respect being long standing customers.

I love this location, everybody is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always take care of my banking needs and treat their customers with respect. On a side note, that Alexis at the branch is super cute so that’s a bonus!

It is SO frustrating not reaching an actual person. I recommend having a dedicated employee just to answer phones at the local branches and handle phone questions. Instead of being put on hold only to be unknowingly transferred to a 1-800 WF's line.
