Terrible service from Wells Fargo. I needed to get a paper notarized. I made an appointment the week before. When I get there, the Notary tells me that they can't do it because I needed two witnesses and nobody else working could be a witness. She said I could go to the UPS Store and they could notarize. Went to UPS Store and got it done for $6. No problem with witnesses. Terrible terrible customer service from Wells Fargo. One, I made the appointment to get a document notarized and never a mention that if it needed witnesses that I would have to bring my own. This is the Saginaw TX branch by Walmart.

Wells Fargo is a horrible bank. Their customer service is horrendous, this location in particular. Their shady business practices have trickled down to their branch locations. Driving home now and switching banks.

I am very upset with they way someone in management treated me. Janet (branch manager) was by far unprofessional and rude. She plays the role of a manager but she has no clue of the policies!

I like this bank. The wait sometimes is very long, just depends. Otherwise, overall a good bank.
