Great little park in the heart of old Saginaw. One of my favorite places to take the kids to also has a great walking trail and is a great place to be in the spring and fall. I would love to see the city put a little more into it. But overall, a great park for our fantastic community was a great place to watch the eclipse too.

Took our dog here . There was a guy there with his two dogs, and they both nipped at my dog when we got home. we noticed one of them bit her real good, and we will not be going back.

I like walking here because it's close to my home on most days there are food trucks of you are feeling a bit adventurous people walking are usually courteous and polite I know there is a dog park within the park so I feel if you bring your dog and do not want to put a leash on him it should only be done in the designated section I do not like when people are not considerate of others and walk with their dogs not on a leash it's not fair when there is a whole yard dedicated for dogs to run freely. Otherwise nice place to get your steps in

I see so many pet owners bring their love ones here. There is a lot of space for everyone. There are plenty of activities in the area, including the Food Truck Friday event at the Saginaw Switchyard.

Used to be a great dog park and we loved going there. In 2022 the LG dog side got really dry with big cracks in the ground and have not been repaired. Small dog side is in good shape and would occasionally use it but Animal Control has been monitoring constantly and we got hit with a nearly $200 ticket for being on that side. Most of time we go to Lake Worth Park especially after rain as Highland Park is low lying and can have standing water.

Great gated space for dogs to run and play. My only problem was that there was dog poop everywhere due to pet owners not being responsible for cleaning up after their dog.Playground: Plenty of space.

My dog was attacked. She had a Kevlar vest on but a "unmentionable " breed ragdolled my 25lb dog. The owner acted put off when I protected mine. There are no cameras, and he walked away with his dog still pulling to get to mine muttering "she isn't aggressive ". When I asked the city about cameras, I was told it's not in the budget. You are not protected, your children are not and neither are your fur babies. I do not recommend this park. Most people and pups are kind but there are always those few who think they are above the rules.

Only visited a single time, while my local dog park was closed. But plenty of room for the pups to run. Only a couple other dogs were there during our visit. Not much to say, it's a dog park, but I'd definitely recommend it for your pups.

This paw park has spaces known for dog-friendliness with separate, gated areas for large breeds and small breeds, including their own fenced area. Plenty of parking, a switch station for food trucks, and it's a good area for walking and jogging! There is softball, baseball, tennis, basketball, playgrounds in multiple areas, exercise and stretching stations, etc. There are park style restrooms during day hours. The area stretches along a creek. Full of nature, there are several places with a picnic area, including tables, even a gazebo, and a retired caboose. It is several miles long. Great place to get outdoors!!
