Our senior dog Akayla had degenerative myelopathy. We knew things would progress very quickly, which they did. She woke up and no longer could use her legs. We recently moved to the area and didn't have a local veterinarian yet. They did a farm call to help us put our sweet girl to rest at home under the tree she quickly began to love. We knew this was the place for her. They were very kind, understanding, and showed nothing but compassion and empathy towards my girl and our family. We will definitely be reaching out to them for all of our veterinary needs for our large and small animals. Shared a few sweet photos of my bestest friend who is so missed. ❤️

Amazingly sweet, kind and compassionate staff and doctors. My baby girl got botulism toxin which is so rare and so hard to treat. We lost her, but everyone worked so hard to give her the best chance possible

If I could rate this place a No star I would they were very rude and not helpful at all. I walked in the front door and they asked how could I help you? I said my dog is sick. Been throwing up and had diarrhea and she goes doctors can’t you sorry don’t take your dog here even if it’s emergency cuz more than likely the doctors is out

You know how 2 people can be siblings but be 1000x's total opposite??? That's Cactus and Refinery Road in G'ville...We absolutely love Cactus clinic ❤️They know their patients and owners by 1st name, and always have smiles on their faces.D and the Dr's at Cactus are the picture of the way vet care used to be! Personable, caring and never rush you out the door.ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!
