The outdoor garden area is beautifully tranquil, pretty, and relaxing, immediately putting guests into relaxation mode with comfy blankets provided. The location is perfect, situated just south of the St. Jo town-square, allowing for immediate walking access to the quaint shops, museum, eateries, and concerts. A quick drive provides access to several area wineries in the surprising North Texas hill country. The hosts are warm, sincere, kind, fun, friendly, gracious, and accommodating, showing passion and warmth in every detail. Their service is fabulous. This dedication elevates the experience, highlighted by exquisite, delicious, and sumptuous gourmet breakfasts that delight the taste buds, accommodating dietary needs. Memorable items include a "Frenchy" breakfast sandwich, pancakes with berries, almond mascarpone, and candied bacon. Ideal for a special celebration or getaway, the three-bedroom, two-bath property is a destination spot to enjoy being pampered in a beautiful setting. There were three couples staying at the High Cotton Cottage and it was awesome. It is a fairy tale setting with a gorgeously decorated house and grounds with fabulous service! The location is perfect for downtown St. Jo and the area wineries. Let this B & B take you to another place and time!!

Extremely beautiful home and accommodating hosts. The house is right next to the main square, and we enjoyed walking to restaurants and to a concert at Red River BBQ. The area has three beautiful wineries and a nearby Germantown, Muenster.

Stay here! The sweetest owners and the cutest place! The food was exquisite & the cottage has so much beautifully thought out detail. Definitely coming back!
