“Living in the Killeen area, I used to dread going to the post office—there were always long waits, and the postal workers were rarely pleasant. Since moving to Belton, it’s been a breath of fresh air. I’ve gone to the post office twice already, and both times there were no long lines. The postal workers are friendly, ask how you’re doing, and the front area is clean and well-kept. It makes the entire experience feel so much more pleasant and stress-free. Kudos to them because they changed my attitude about going to the post office.”
“This morning I was in a rush to send out some overdue mail and it was a pleasure to encounter the ambiance, professionalism and the positive attitudes of the staff. I jokingly encouraged a restock of supplies and John was so happy to oblige. Ivey, although not feeling well, gave the best he could- being courteous in his service, and “Allan” (hehe) was so bubbly. All 3 gentlemen showed a great appreciation for their jobs and the work they produced. 5-star customer service rating hands down this will be my new post office to conduct all of my business.”
“The first time I moved to Jarrell, I had encountered a postal worker that was very rude when I went in to get my box keys. I had not been back to this location for 2 years. Today I needed to mail something out and decided to take my chances and go. Completely different experience. They seemed to be a bit short handed but this rep was nice and patient. I made a mistake in my package and she patiently helped me. Hopefully, this was not a rare experience anymore. Thank you.”
