She provides information on shipping/mailing process, no matter how time consuming—she always has a smile. It is a small office but it has a might impact on it’s customers.”

“The first time I moved to Jarrell, I had encountered a postal worker that was very rude when I went in to get my box keys. I had not been back to this location for 2 years. Today I needed to mail something out and decided to take my chances and go. Completely different experience. They seemed to be a bit short handed but this rep was nice and patient. I made a mistake in my package and she patiently helped me. Hopefully, this was not a rare experience anymore. Thank you.”
