Great rate for the average college student. I first moved in a couple weeks ago and the maintenance team is my favorite part of this place. They are very communicative and professional.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I'm not sure if they changed management but the management group from 2016 was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are not looking to deal with poor management
