Don't sign up for their dental pay assistance program. They sought out my bank information on their own and decided to hit my account for random amounts not close to at all what they originally wanted to bill me for but just enough to get my attention and turn them in as I did not give them my account information before. I most definitely turned them into federal services and am refuting every cent. You want people to pay for things be normal about it and don't go prying into patients life because you have access to their social security numbers. Yes all of this has been sent off for investigation. Hope others read this before looking into their service.

Amazing customer service, SASHA VALDEZ, made the experience over all amazing.Very helpful, kind and sweet! Definitely had high quality service. I felt heard when talking to her at the front desk!She made the entire experience completely amazing and over all comfortable!

The dentist is my least favorite visit! But this place made everything so pleasant! Walking in the front desk staff Sasha, was not only dealing with an irate patient she kept a smile on her face the entire time and was so patient with the customer explaining her bill and offering the customer options on how to pay WHILE getting screamed and cussed at. She kept her composure and still managed to greet me and others with a smile. Customer service is top notch! Dental assistants and doctors kept me comfortable the entire time and i got in and out quickly! Ending the visit Sasha again was so pleasant and when i asked her if she was okay after what i saw beginning of my visit she smiled and let me know she wouldn’t have it any other way and told me she loved her job and loved seeing her patients every single day! 10 out of 5 stars!!!!!!

I was in town for a business meeting when my little one had a toothache with some fussiness. I stopped by Aspen Dental and spoke with Marisa and Sasha, who were extremely helpful and caring toward my son's pain and explained everything.They ensured we were well taken care of and kept checking in on us. Best experience from a dental office I have ever encountered. I recommend you come here for all dental work and checkups! Very family friendly!

Sasha is literally the best and sweetest person to have working for your company literally went out of her way to assist me in getting transferred over to Aspen dental if it wasn’t for her my family and my kids would have never transferred over she was definitely dedicated to assisting me and making sure the process was smooth and easy

Anyone that says Sasha is mean or rude is probably because they’re rude themselves.In all my experiences with Sasha going back YEARS I’ve not once seen her be rude to me or anyone I know.If you guys want to see a smile and talk to a great person before getting a service at aspen dental Sasha is your girl.

ZERO STAR. THEY JUST CARE ABOUT THE MONEY, NOT ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. If you wanted to save yourself from the WORST CUSTOMER-PATIENT service and from the RUDEST and MEANEST PERSON (her name is SASHA VALDEZ) there is in San Angelo, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL SAN ANGELO. This is my very first time to make a poor review to any establishment and to anyone but what happened today is a wake up call to warn others that this is the WORST customer service! NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED THIS WAY, EVER!!!I notified them ahead of time of my appointment that I am pregnant, a high risk one. SASHA VALDEZ was dismissive about it like it was none of their concern whatsoever so I thought, maybe, it is okay since I usually just get the normal basic dental cleaning every March or April of every year since I never had cavities nor dental issues ever since, I just need cleaning every 6 months and I usually have yearly x-ray around every September of the year. So I went and came with my appointment. She doesn't seem nice ever since but I thought to myself maybe she's just born like that or maybe coz of my race so I just shrug it off every time but today, she was too much and I can't just ignore her actions. I presented my insurance then she showed me how much I needed to pay. For 3 years, this is the 1st time that they're billing me that high amount for a basic dental cleaning. Then, she mentioned about x-ray so I notified them AGAIN that I am pregnant and if they mind if I ask, why do they want me to have an x-ray early this year coz I always have it done every September for the past years. She of course, rolled her eyes like I am wasting her time. I was asking nicely if they can just take out the x-ray and if I can proceed to my cleaning like how it usually goes the past years around this time of the year but she was so arrogant and rude keep telling me that due to insurance something, I need to have dental x-ray every 24months and I said it's just been 6months from my last dental x-ray why can't we just have the x-ray done again on September especially now that I am currently in my 1st trimester of high risk pregnancy. She seems to not be listening and she just wanted what she wanted to be done which is to bill me the whole amount without a question. As a patient, I know my rights to ask if there's any concerns, not just blindly submitting to what they wanted when clearly, there is an issue. Take note, she was not nice at all throughout. I have no idea why Aspen would even hire a receptionist with NO CUSTOMER-PATIENT VALUES.It is clearly like a billing issue coz they will bill me lower when they omit the x-ray then she called another person. She is pregnant too and she's nice but now, the statement is different that they will no longer have my 6th month cleaning done because I do not want to have x-ray done today and that I needed to obtain an OB-GYN clearance. I told the nice lady in navy blue scrub suits that I notified them ahead of time that I am on my 1st trimester of high risk pregnancy but Sasha did not care and she didn't say anything about it at all over the phone last week. Why waste my time to make me come there if I cannot have my 6th month dental hygiene cleaning? If she wasn't so dismissive and she had only informed me ahead of time too that I needed clearance from my OB, then I will immediately do it and will surely bring it to my appointment.At first, they seem to not have any issue about my pregnancy and just because of lesser bill that they can charge me, they just wasted my time and CANCEL ME UPFRONT. Will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. They just care about the money, not about their patients.
