“I just relocated to the San Angelo area, and needed to open a banking account. When I came in, the guy who came in behind me was waited on first. I'm sure it was an oversight, but when Jacquelyn saw what happened, I didn't even get a chance to sit down. She immediately invited me into her office and took care of me. Jacquelyn was by far the most helpful, attentive and courteous person in banking that I've worked with yet! She was thorough, and worked to help me understand each of the plans being offered, and their benefits and weaknesses, to ensure I picked the right option for my needs. She had probably the most thorough knowledge of the app used to work with the bank, that I've ever seen "in any bank"!!! This woman is an "apple of GOLD" in your midst. Reward her, honor her, and utilize her many gifts. She is priceless!”

“Fair selection of allergy-friendly foods. Wish they had a bit more but understand there may not be a great need in this area. Staff were friendly, and store was well-organized. Update: Tried their coffee and the treats I picked up....and that coffee...THE best! Seriously! So good! Ordered 3 more bags online because that's how yummy this coffee is! Jumped from 4 to 5 stars just because of the coffee!”
