We went into the store upgrade her 14 iPhone had a critical battery error and would no longer hold a charge. Eric assisted us and he was awesome from the start. We told him we wanted a iPhone 16 and he guided us through the options--no hard selling. Once we decided and purchased the phone he guided us through the data transfer from the 14 to 16. During the transfer he demonstrated the new features of the 16 and made the entire experience painless. Thank you Eric!!!!

I called this store today to ask them how much they were going to charge me for paying my phone bill here. The woman on the phone informed me that they didn't charge anything here to pay my bill. But I was told that a few months ago and when I came in to pay my bill but the debit card I was charged a $5 extra for a service fee for using my debit card. She just kept arguing with me telling me that I wasn't charged at this store well AT&t is the only phone I've had for years. I asked her how late they were open so I can make sure I got here in time to pay my bill she said they did not close till 8:00 I said what is the latest I can come in and pay my bill she says 8:00. I pulled up at 7:30 they close at 7:00. I can't tell you how frustrating this is after calling up here to make sure that I'd make it on time and I feel like she just flat out lied to me. Because she hung the phone up before I could ever get have a nice day out of my mouth. Not only that but they put me on the plan that I have now because I wasn't getting data ever some reason I'm still not getting Dad I have the time I'll go around town doing app jobs and most of the time I can't get them to load AT&t used to be the best service to have in this area but I'm thinking they're not anymore.

I went into the local store after several weeks of not being able to get calls on my phone. I was met by Jason and he was able to help me within about 15 maybe 20 minutes and fixed my phone. It would not have mattered if it had taken an hour I was so very happy to have it working properly!! Thank you Jason for prompt and awesome assistance!!
