Rude, disrespectful, and lacks any knowledge. I was sent there from another store for the part. Was shown on the computer they had 2 parts in stock and when I arrived, was told by the commercial account representative that they don't have that and that the store I came from had it in stock... then when I explained I was sent there by that store they started to get ride and catch an attitude.

They are a nightmare. Completely inept and unprofessional. I’m not sure I’ll ever get my refund. Save yourself the trauma and go down the street to O’Reilly’s. NO STARS!

I was in line to be next one of the managers was on the computer I'm a Hispanic male the guy never looked up to attend me but then a white came in and real quick he ask the guy who was bind me ( can I help you) he attended the other guy but when he finished with him the manager went back on the computer and never ask me if he could help me if that's the way yall treat people and that's not the only thing thinking about withdrawing my Commercial account

Highly recommend this autozone!!! Thank god they were open till 10pm. My battery needed to be replaced and they were very helpful!!! This store is very lucky to have Raymond as their manager!!! And thank you to Colby for installing the battery on my truck!!!
