I went in there to get the battery in my key fob changed out and Joe provided great service getting it taken care of. While he was doing that, an older gentleman was at the other register trying to get a new device set up. Chaning was extremely patient trying to sort through the gentleman’s passwords and work with him on getting his device configured. This store has always provided great customer service

Went in to replace a battery that is less than 10 months old and still under warranty and was given the run around. First we were told the battery was tested as holding more charge than what it is capable of holding(we looked it up online the manufacturer website), then were told to come back in an hour after they had charged it, then were informed they can’t do anything until they have run full diagnostics on it and that doing so would take at least two hours but maybe the rest of the day. The staff member we were dealing with also kept getting on a cell phone and disappearing into the back leaving the front of the store unattended. There are enough places in town and online to get batteries, sometimes for cheaper. I don’t see us coming back

The lady wasn’t very knowledgeable nor friendly, in the slightest.But they had the lightbulb that I needed… just not the fuse. She seemed to have no clue about any of the products in the store.
