I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alli! Not only are her facials incredibly affordable, but the level of care and knowledge she provides is truly priceless. I’ve struggled with rosacea for years and have always been nervous about treatments, but she immediately put me at ease with her expertise and gentle touch. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, shared helpful tips for managing my skin, and customized the facial to make sure I felt comfortable the entire time.
What really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares—she doesn’t just want you to have a great treatment in the moment, she wants you to leave with a smile, feel more confident in your skin, and come back for regular maintenance so you can keep seeing results. I left glowing, refreshed, and more hopeful about my skin than I’ve felt in a long time. Debra is absolutely amazing! We tried something different on my hair and the color didn't take. So, Debra, even though she was booked, told me to come in the next day and we'd try something else. I recently visited Firefly Salon in San Angelo, TX and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in the door, I was struck by the bright and airy atmosphere and the friendly, welcoming staff.The stylists and nail techs at Firefly Salon are incredibly talented and always take the time to listen to what their clients want. They make you feel comfortable and at ease, and they're always happy to answer any questions you may have.While you wait for your services, you can relax in the comfortable seating area and enjoy complimentary coffee and cold drinks, as well as a little snack bar. I also appreciated the little details like the hair products, jewelry, and t-shirts for sale at the entrance.One of the things I love most about Firefly Salon is the attention to detail. They send out appointment confirmations and reminders for clients, which is incredibly helpful. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with necessities and lotion, which is a small touch that really goes a long way in making customers feel appreciated.Overall, I would highly recommend Firefly Salon to anyone looking for a top-notch salon experience. The staff is polite, talented, and welcoming, and the little touches like complimentary drinks and snacks really make a difference.
