I had the best service experience at Best Buy in San Angelo, Tx today. Jordan listened to what I wanted, asked questions, made suggestions. She was helpful, knowledgeable, & professional. She was friendly but kept working, making the process quick & easy. She took care of every concern I had. Very happy with my purchase. I will definitely be back to this Best Buy, & hope to have Jordan's help again. Highly recommend!

Had a much better experience here than in Garland. Everybody I talked to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a monitor and an external hard drive.

The prices are higher than in other stores (Walmart for example), the sales staff can lie, check the specifications on products such as cell phones and PCs.

Well thought it was nice at first till one of the workers up there was a real jerk then they just kept jerking us around their rude as h Luckily my son didn't need them he was actually able to take it apart clean it out himself and put it back together again where it actually worked and ran faster. a that's he figured out the problem with his computer and fixed it.He did all this himself. So proud of him.He was getting frustrated at first because he had to keep going back and forth till this one person said no they wouldn't do it after suckering him to get the warranty so don't waste money on it .It doesn't cover if they flat out refuses to fix things ..So guess what best buy your help was not needed and definitely would recommend you to family or friends . Y'all are lucky you even got one star being they won't let you just put up 0

Best Buy took Radio Shack's place in the early 2k's, it is not a bad place it's just bigger and less friendly, you can still find great deals there just be prepared to wait to be helped and then again to check-out!

Went in to get a computer (online said I could get it pickup in an hour). After spending awhile in store thinking I asked an employee if they had them in stock. They checked and said no, but they would be able to get it Tuesday. I went to my car, placed the order online and picked it up within 1.5 hours. Wasn’t bad service but they had them in stock and it cost me extra time and trips because I was told they didn’t, though I ordered online and they did.

The employees were very attentive and helpful. The store size is small, so there's a bit of a limited selection compared to other Best Buy's. Not their fault though. Other than that I think this location and it's employees were great.

I have bought all of my electronics here. Consoles, 75 inch tv, apple products etc. I’m a lifelong Best Buy customer. They have great warranties. No one offered to help in any way. They walked right past me and asked the couple 30ft away from me if they needed help. Finally, went to register and asked if they had an Xbox seres X. Said he would send someone over to assist me. The store was not busy, and no one was checking out. I waited for a long time. No one showed up , and as I was walking to leave, the guy was just standing there doing nothing. I guess this place does not need money. Customer service is terrible. I might try again later or take my money elsewhere.

Was pleasantly surprised when I found something I was interested in for a price lower than I would have expected here. That was the highlight of my visit, saving a few bucks. Other than that, I tried to get an employee's attention just to ask a question the majority of the time I was in the store, to no avail. The only reason I believe that I was finally paid attention to was, because I had the item I previously mentioned it was about to go to the checkout and pay for it, but I was somewhat close to the exit doors. I think I gave the suspicion that I was about to walk out with my soon-to-be purchased item. Sad to say but, in these days, I understand that. Damn shame that's what it took to get an employee's attention just to ask one question.

Best Buy has been a real disappointment. We paid extra for geek squad protection and assistance, but it is worthless. Only buy if the price is right because you get nothing from them otherwise.
