This is my favorite place to get jeans I spend a pretty penny every time I come here but very worth it. All the employees are extremely nice and helpful. I get greeted as soon as I walk in the door and I tell them what I’m looking for and they immediately get it for me! I have no complaints this store is amazing and I’m glad they are no longer in the mall.

The first experience I had in this store a couple of days ago was excellent all around. This is including the employee's. The experience I had today, not so great. The girls behind the register had attitude and in general acted as if they were judging every customer that walked through the door. I spent $400 the first day. This time, only $40. Was ready to get out after speaking to the girls asking them a question and watching their faces as other customers entered the store. Rude, stuck up, and a great lack of customer service and their job knowledge. The guy that was in there was rude as well when we asked about pricing on a pair of sunglasses. We initially asked the girls but he decided to walk up and ask \\\"what's the problem?\\\". There was no problem. Just asked a question. Will not be going back.

The manager, Zack or some other basic name, seems more worried about being rude and projecting his views about whatever is on his mind than actually running the store. Dude is absolutely insufferable. Not sure who peed in his cereal, but he really needs to get over it and stop being a little snowflake.

The sales lady was very helpful and friendly! I came in for a pair of shoes and left with several bags because the customer service was great! She helped me coordinate my entire outfit!

Customer service was phenomenal! This is how it should be. Half of the items here are overpriced, but you can find some good deals if you look around the whole place. They need to give the employees a raise for the service! I bought just to support them!

Wow!!! My assumption of Buckle was COMPLETELY wrong! I just went in for Hey Dudes but ended up with 3 pair of jeans and couple shirts too that I never thought they would have. I'm usually a size 16 or 18 and I didn't realize they had plus sized options. The man that helped me was more like my personal shopper, he brought me things I never thought I could wear that I fell in love with. I can't recommend them enough, it was the easiest and most fun shopping experience I've had in ages!
