Very thorough great communication between what is happening to the car, when it's happening, and other details to ensure both caliber and myself are covered from any risks or dissatisfaction. There's no calling to see whats happening with the car thanks to the updates sent through text about whats happening to your vehicle and when.

After needing to return the car for poor workmanship, a big thank you to STEVE! He went the extra mile to correct the error, and his customer service was outstanding. Thanks to his efforts, the issue was fully resolved. By listening actively and validating a customer's frustration, he turned a negative experience into a positive one. Great service, included transportation to enterprise, dropped rental off and they drove it back for me, and not to mention, they detailed my truck which was a nice touch because I was irritated at why I brought it in the first place.

Start with the good- The building and staff present themselves as a professional business. Upon pickup of vehicle I was briefed on what had been done and the warranty of the repairs. The paint work on the vehicle looks good without any blimshes and matched well with original paint.
The bad - Upon pickup of my vehicle, the bumper that was repaired, had about a 3/8 of an inch gap and I could clearly see the tabs that were not in place. I told the service writter of the issue and he took the car around to fix it. When he brought the car back around there was still a gap and he tried to play it off as it was fixed. As dumb as I may look I can clearly see it's not fixed. He then got an attitude with me and proceeded to hit the bumped with his fist quite hard numerous times. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. If that's what is done in the shop that's one thing but don't beat on my car right in front of me because your mad. He then told me that the body guy is gone for the day and I would have to wait till Monday to get it fixed. That was fine, I didn't mind the wait. So fast forward to Monday, picked up the car. The bumper is still not like it was originally, It's better but still little off. I went ahead and took the vehicle as I was afraid that they would just make it worse and I could live with this. Also noticed that the silver color of trim on the rear bumper is the wrong silver. It does not match the trim on the front bumper. My wife and I talked and we are just going to let it ride. It's done and looks good but not like it was originally. Needles to say I wouldn't pick this repair shop again. I think there is better work and customer service elese where.

The service was not great, and the paint color was not a match on my driver door to the rest of the vehicle. The door frame is bent on the driver door and no longer opens or closes.
