“Ms. Rodriguez and her team really try to serve the community and do a great job of building relationships with others. My favorite event with them is the Navigation Day. It is a great experience and honestly it’s quite touching to see the local community coming together to serve the less fortunate.”

“This is an agency is a program designed to support people like me. They provide opportunities to people with barriers to employment. The application for the service you need to set an appointment with the specialist and he will help you get started. He is a employment and resource specialist. I've just begun my job search and I am well pleased with the agency. Their mission is to provide opportunities to people with barriers to employment. I now have a resume and I never have had one ever. I don't mention the specialist name to protect his privacy and I guarantee you that he knows his job 👍. Also they have a benefit for those who upon being hired if you need any specific clothing or tools they will help you with a voucher to purchase them. It is located on Sherwood Way a busy street. Next door to the agency they have a larger room where you can shop for clothes and shoes etc. Sometimes you can find some things that are new and in good condition. Goodwill relies heavy on donations. Well I hope my experience will be beneficial to someone else. Thank you.”

“A lot better organized than it was a couple of years ago. They have regular hours that they are now. Use to be a couple of years ago, they were supposed to be open and they closed. The people working there now are a lot friendlier than the last people that were there. The atmosphere is a better now.”

“I cannot believe people ranked this place so low. The prices are amazing because if you go to any other town or city like Dallas Fort Worth, even Brownwood prices are a lot more. Also, the selection is pretty large. My own suggestion is there are so many T-shirts but the T-shirts that are just T-shirts should be $.99 versus $1.99 and the nicer T-shirts that are like the under Armour or dry fit. What have you should be a $1.99. No, like the younger staff is so much more than the older staff. That’s why I’d rather go in the evening instead of during the day, but that’s just my personal preference.

Overall, I’ve had good shopping experiences there and I go several times a week”

“When my family arrived to San Angelo we didn’t know anyone, we became members at the YMCA to get our kids involved. In the few months we have been here my kids have taken swim lessons with Mr. Austin and spent some time in the e-sports room with Mr. Jeremy. Both have been so good with my children, they are so patient with them and have helped them learn so much. Neither of my kids had spent any amount of time in the water before we anrrived and now they can make it across the pool with relative ease. My fears with them in the water have subsided. I’m so grateful for the decision to come here and get involved the way that we have.”
