Staff are professional knowledgeable, caring and understanding. Worked with my insurance company very well. They are honest told me everything I needed to have done. 5 Stars is just not enough. They are definitely a million star company.

Had a civic brought in for repair after hitting a deer. After getting the car back, I started having issues with running the car. It would take a long time to start, then, a week after getting the car, it wouldn't start anymore. Took it back to Caliber, who told me that someone had overfilled the transmission fluid and ruined the transmission. Caliber didn't want to take responsibility despite admitting that the fluid was a little low and they filled the transmission fluid. Finally, we were able to get Caliber to replace the transmission after insisting that they had damaged it, and the car was returned. Slightly over a month later, the transmission failed again despite being just replaced by Caliber. My father has been calling to discuss the warranty and about the transmission the car was replaced with, Caliber promises to call back according to him but have not yet after a week, and now I am once again out of having a car. Worst customer experience we have dealt with! An issue that should've been resolved three months ago, yet I have intermittently not have my car to this date!

Love the repair they did on my Toyota Tacoma. Keeping me updated from start to finish. Couldn’t ask for more ! They even towed my truck to another Caliber center to speed up the process. Mike from Sam Angelo is the best, he kept me updated several times a week on the progress. Will use their service again. 1000% satisfied;

Had 3 vehicles damaged by hail. Caliber took care of all three vehicles. Mike was great to work with. He kept us informed on all work done. Would highly recommend them.

Mike took incredible care of me and my car. He kept in informed of where they were in the process, how long they expected this part to take, and what the next step would be. When I picked up my car (earlier than what was originally quoted), it looked like it had just been cleaned and detailed beyond the level a dealership would do to re-sell it as a used car. I will be using Caliber for any future repairs on my car and recommending it to anyone I hear needs their services!

Jeff was awesome! He kept me informed throughout the process by sending multiple text weekly. Everybody in the shop was always friendly and greeted me with a smile every time I came in. The work completed on my vehicle was fantastic!
