clean rooms. bed was kinda iffy on comfort. worst part of the entire 4 days was they closed the pool for 2 days because a couple of softball teams were staying there and they didn't like all the kids in the pool at once,

First day here TV will not work!! Customer stated will take care of it in the morning. Second day still without no TV!! Bad management stated it was my fault.

Forget about ever using a mobile key. I use the app to book. Always choose a mobile key. NEVER get it.
Why offer the option? Almost never have a problem with Hilton properties when I stay there.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay. The front desk personnel were awesome. The room was spotless, and the bed very comfortable. I couldn't believe how quiet it was, too. Ate a couple of meals at their restaurant. Food was very good. When back in San Angelo, I'm definitely staying here. Shoutout to Ricky, the front desk attendant. Professional, friendly, and helpful. Thank you.

Horrible experience, had a reservation a few months in advance and on the day of my stay no room was available. Was told they gave my room away because they were over booked. I am Titanium Elite with Marriott and they could care less about customer experience. I have contacted the Corporate office and I am waitinfg for response. If you decide to make a reservation here becarefully its not trutly a reservation. We even did mobile checkin and called the hotel the day of to confirm. Still didn't save us a room.

they charge you a parking fee so we will never use them again. Also no free breakfast in morning and only have Starbucks coffee.

Spent 20 mins waiting in line after driving for hours at check-in because there seemed to only be one person on staff. Requested a late checkout as a gold member and was told we had it, but key stopped working before checkout time, locking us out of the room. Was unable to connect to the high speed Internet. Would not stay here again.

The beds aren't too comfy much less the couch. Very nice place though. Parking is slim if it is packed.
