Nayeli and Alan are great. Nayeli was so helpful, educated on all products, patient, and understood everything we were inquiring. This store is blessed to have these two employees.

UPDATE: I went in recently after 4 months and the store has gone down hill!!! The old manager is gone and the new one is worthless. The new employees aren’t well trained and they messed up my account. I’m very disappointed and need to find better customer service. Manager wanted me to get a new phone under a new number just to get a discount! Then cancel it before my bill is due! I don’t think I should just to get my upgrade. I’ll go and fix my phone instead.
Experience here was definitely better than other locations I’ve been. Best part is that they all speak Español!!! I am bilingual however now I know where to sent my non-bilingual family and friends. They go above and beyond to help and support each other when they are troubleshooting. I will definitely be back especially since they helped me save money and transferred all my information to my new phone. I like that the store is clean and decorated 100% a plus in my book.

Apparently if you’re an iPhone user and a loyal customer for 10 years, you can’t upgrade an iPhone unless you pay full price. No thanks

I walked in here and I was immediately greeted. The girls have a positive vibe and yes they all wanted to help. They get paid on commission so they were on it lol. Overall a fantastic experience and they seem to have great relationships. I ported over and even had my HBO MAX set up before I left! Jasmin Jordan and Manager Patty y'all made me want to go back

Employees here are friendly and helpful. They know what they are doing. They try to take care of you as quickly as possible. It does take a while as you are dealing with technology, but they try to take care of you as quickly as possible.

They were very rude to me I was trying to let them know I was frustrated that I couldn’t make My phone payment I’m out of town and couldn’t access itOnly and it wouldn’t let me pay I called the store and they were yelling at me and making me feel very stupid like I didn’t know what I was doing an afterwards after I had asked them not to yell at me they hung up the phone

Bought a screen cover for my phone that I bought thru Cricket. Less 24 than 24 hours later it was cracked. Wouldn't exchange it and tried to charge another $20. If your phone needs repair definitely try somewhere else.

I have been a cricket wireless customer since cricket wireless has started, I'm not able to properly use my phone, to call out or receive calls the audio is trash, I can't even open web URL page links on a unlimited data plan, I have been overcharge for 2 phone's of unlimited data

I'm actually not a crickets wireless customer, truth be told. I went to work on their front entry door but they're staff seems to be very friendly and the owner of the store paid his invoice very quickly all in all I've had very good experience with cricket wireless.
