You can’t speak to a live person. You either have to leave a voice mail or get hung up on. Then the pharmacist isn’t helpful at all or up to date on DEA guidelines.

I always have the same problem with paying for my medications. They charge me the full price for them, even though I have insurance. I will repeatedly correct the problem, get my medications for the reduced/correct price, then have the same issue with the next prescription, which only delays getting my medications and causes headache. Just today, two of my medications had the correct price with insurance attached, then somehow my other medication is charged full price and no insurance is listed, so I ended up paying an extra $13 because of it.

Went in today to pick up a photo order and the young girl behind the register was nice and started to help me until this older lady came up and started helping her and she’ was super rude and condescending she needs more training on customer service. You would think at her big age she would know better! when I was walking out she was being rude to another customer. The only reason I went into this cvs was because they had a great photo sale a few weeks ago and San Angelo does not have many cvs but after today’s interaction I remember why I don’t shop at our local cvs because this is not the first time I have been and the employees are rude!

Most of the staff seem like they are extremely hard working and have always been very helpful. The pharmacist on the other hand is horrible. He has a bad attitude, lacks any kind of human empathy and definitely crosses the line with customers. He is rude and very egocentric!!! One of the most unprofessional people I have encountered at a pharmacy!!! I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!! It's hard for the pharmacy techs to do their job when the pharmacist seems to wake up daily and look forward to how many peoples lives he can inconvenience that day!!!

long time cvs user, usually a seamless and positive experience. i have never had more trouble and more disrespect from any retailer like i have from this CVS location. each time-i’m careful to not carry my resentments from my previous interactions to new experiences as to prompt someone being rude back to me, but without fail i am met with complications and apathy from staff. i pick up my meds like clockwork once a month and there never fails to be some sort of random, time wasting issue, the employees frequently avoid operating the drive through, the pharmacist is ESL which is fine but he is purposelessly patronizing and rude.

Honestly... honestly??? You are closed in your pharmacy for lunch??? On a business day??? You are a chain... hire someone to answer your phone! I realized when your store sent me a text message that my physician had sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. I went through your drive through and spoke to a young man, giving my name and date of birth, who told me we have no record of you. I then asked do you want me to forward your text message to you to show you where you have prescriptions ready for me to pick up? He said let me check again after I spelled my name for him. He said after he came back that I was in the system. I told him to please transfer them to HEB. He said I can’t do that, they have to call and ask us to. I spoke with HEB, who is my new pharmacy of choice, left the names of the prescriptions, and they said they would call and get them. Today they called and said CVS says they don’t have any prescriptions for me... I tried to call them to explain yes they do have prescriptions for me, got the automated voice, which told me I have two prescriptions ready for pickup, but I could not talk to anyone because they are out to lunch until 2:00 ?... Honestly.... If I could leave no stars, I would.

The old skinny white lady does not care if you are trying to earm points for your purchase. If you provide your loyalty, she will refuse to take it. She will lie to your face. Why is she not in a retirement home??

Trying to evaluate it as of yet. We switched from another pharmacy close by so as of yet I can't complain.

Would give 5 stars to pharmacy if the app wasn't so messed up. They apparently sent my prescriptions to the wrong address, but Kenzie was extremely helpful in getting things resolved and took the time to make sure I had multiple ways to confirm my reorder. It's definitely a better local customer service experience so far than the other CVS in town.

I was helped by three women and only one of them was nice and had excellent customer service and her name was Dasha. Sadly, I did not catch the names of the other older workers but they were both rude and did not seem like they wanted to help at all. I had placed an order for a canvas photo online and no one had gotten to it. The receipt had said it would be ready at a certain time and it wasn't so then I walked around the store to waste time. Dasha had left at this moment and another lady was up there, I had noticed she wasn't even working on my order so then I stood in front of the photo center and she started working on it. Once it was done she scanned it and I simply stating that I had paid online. She didn't even let me finish my sentence and cut me off and said rudely, she still had to ring it up. If you do not want to work in customer service then don't. It's that simple.

My friend was denied the ability to buy alcohol (he's 21) because one person in our group of 4 friends was 20 (he didn't even want to drink, lol). After the old hag at the counter denied him, she came and stood behind the rest of us while we did self checkout, which was a genuine insult. We'd been model patrons up to this point. We called after and were told this is a store policy. If so, that's stupid. When I was a kid, my parents were never denied the ability to buy alcohol because child me was there. Also, even if it has good intentions, it's so easy to circumvent. If you want to buy alcohol for an underage person, just have 'em wait outside. Stupid policy and rude employee.
