Went to this Dollar Tree Christmas Eve 2025. The associate over charged me for 1 item when I realized I called the store to let them know that I would go back for a refund or to get another item for the same price so wouldn’t have to go thru the refund process. When I went back I talked to the manager ANGELA I explained to her the situation and let her see my receipt and go thru my bag and even told her exactly what item was over charged. Told her I needed tape anyways so I’d rather just get the item of equal value than the refund she said that’s fine and “I don’t need to give her ATTITUDE.” I was shocked because I wasn’t even giving her attitude I was just explaining the situation and a solution. I told her “I wasn’t giving her attitude” and she said ok go get whatever item I wanted. Than my friend that was with me stayed at the counter and said ANGELA said “IT’S TO EARLY FOR THIS” when I walked off. Very unprofessional and needs better Management.
