Poor customer service skills. I was polite when I was trying to get information on moving a container. I am friendly and polite when talking to people or answering emails. I expect the same courtesy back. This was not done!
Made me feel like I was bothering the lady.
I had this impression that she couldn’t care less if I was helping either way.

Having an office built out of a container for one of my companies locations. Very reasonable pricing, just walked through the progress, workmanship is amazing. I am very happy with my decision to use them.
Chad helped with the design and has answered every question along the way.
Very good, and friendly place.

Can't really say about the container side but if you want to do yourself a favor stay away from this place if you're trying to find a house I was living here with my wife and my two autistic boys and the AC went out wouldn't get fixed expressed my concern that my boys were in a house with no AC during the summer time and was told that it was 3,500 to fix it and I don't care about your sons that's not my problem shower door fell on my autistic son shower nozzle fell and hit my wife in the head because she is really short we had water coming through the doors coming through the plugs I had a flood from my bedroom all the way down the hallway and into the kitchen asked them to fix it and they wouldn't oh and then on the side note the AC kept freezing up and wouldn't work and it kept flipping the breaker their maintenance man told me that the only thing that was wrong with it is that it needed filters I am not knocking or belittling this company I'm just sharing my experience running a house from this company so just be careful

Friendly staff and excellent service. I was able to walk the lot and see what options were available. Delivery was a breeze. I prepped the site and the driver was able to pull right through and set the container right in place. If I need another container I will definitely consider Eagle Containers.

We looked around for weeks to find the best container we could afford, without driving to the site (we live around Houston and the lease is near Sanora). I called other companies and was told to look at the website, not the customer service I expect when spending thousands. Chad from Eagle Containers answered the phone personally and was super nice and easy. He sent me pictures of my actual container and delivered it to my lease for a very affordable price and he answered all of my questions. Delivery was easy, fast, on-time and perfect! We told them where wanted the container and they even set it on the blocks for us. Chase, is who delivered the trailer and he did a fantastic job. The container was in better shape in the photo. I would highly recommend Eagle Containers!

i have dealt with them selling a sea container and also buying one. They are wonderful people to work with and very fair. The young man who has been the one to come out to my home is the sweetest and always happy. I have and will continue to recommend this business to people.
