I made a reservation weeks in advance for a one way rental. Then they didn't have a car for me! I was stranded in San Angelo for 5 extra days until I could get a ride to Abilene. Thank you Avis for a great car that was actually there for me!

I am absolutely outraged! Can you believe the audacity of expecting you to endure the inconvenience of verifying your vehicle make and model online for a reservation, only to have an Enterprise employee completely disregard it right before your eyes? I have reached my boiling point with Enterprise, especially when that Enterprise employee has the nerve to shift the blame onto their boss for denying one-way rentals. It's beyond infuriating! What is the point of being a colossal corporation if they can't even uphold their own promises?

Rude employees and horrible manager. Do not reserve a vehicle cause they will give it away my daughter called Monday was told to wait til Friday and reserve 3pm to pick up and the employee give her car to someone else cause that lady was a walk in now she has to wait til Monday on top of this my Daughter is 9mos pregnant due anyday and they give her this stress of no vehicle SHE PAYS EXTRA FOR GOOD INSURANCE AND THIS PLACE IS THE PROBLEM!

Was renting a car in San Angelo, TX to go to Big Spring VA for an exam, and did not want to add the mileage to my personal vehicle. I requested a Nissan Versa or similar. When I arrived, Devin was assisting a lady with her rental. Devin appeared to be the only one working the desk at the time. Which at first concerned me, as more times than not, employees move as slow as Vermont Maple Syrup in December. But surprisingly, Devin was moving with a purpose, and greeted me when I walked in, and said he would be right with me. Devin finished up assisting the other customer, asking her if she has driven a vehicle this size before. You could tell he was concerned for this customer, and did not want to let her leave the lot, if she was not 100% happy, and comfortable with the vehicle they were giving her. Once he was done with her, he was able to process my rental very quickly. Was very impressed with the speed, compassion, and being aware of his customers Devin was. It is refreshing to see people who actually care about others.

Had a reservation, but was told no cars available. Why bother with reservations if you can't provide the service. This location should be shut down. Have never had this problem when I rented from Budget!

I tried to rent a car I'm on break from work mind you and I got a email where to go and they tell me I'm at the wrong one now I got to drive across town to the other one! After I had already dropped my truck off to get repairs!These guys could not figure out that a driver license renewal online is the same paper you get from the DPS and I did not have time to print it out This manger is incompetent and as a manager and can't figure out if he is dum or ignorant ! Kept on saying that needing to see a drivers license and I kept on telling him that is my D LICENSE! They said well the DPS prints you out a copy and we discussed this like 4 times! Then said they need to see a I'd and I gave them my passport which is a government I'd and said they need a Texas I'd lol omg they are incompetent! So after going back and forth about whether my DL is A DL I final got angry with there incompetence! He said he would not rent to me and he said he would call the cops I said good call them and when they get here I will show them my "f-------" DL !!! This manger tried to lie to me and his helper saying they called HR , they didn't call shit. He is a liar and I wouldn't let him represent a port a potty business even though he is full of shit!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!They canceled my rental 4 weeks in a row for not having cars. And they canceled my reservation today because I said “what’s the point of having a reservation if it doesn’t F&$-ing mean anything” than refused service. After I told them I wasn’t cussing at them. I’m frustrated because this has happen 4 weeks in a row. The manager was so rude and didn’t offer anything to help. Very unprofessional. Can’t even understand the frustration I’ve been going though for 4 weeks!! And if that wasn’t enough they flagged me so I cannot rent at enterprise anymore.
