Ken is the only one that understands how to do a correct almond shaped nail. He kills it every time. He is even good with little designs. I refuse to have anyone else in there do my nails besides him. The others have made me bleed by digging into my cuticles, and ignored what I wanted for color and shape. Ken has even fixed my nails that someone else in the shop made uneven, without me even asking him to. Ken is my go to. Tip him well because he deserves it!

I had gotten a pedicure today, the massage, scrubbing and pampering was great! But, the man who did my toes missed a lot of spots while painting, and also requested that I get gel polish because it would last longer (I had to pay extra for it). Well the polish has already chipped in the corners and the paint job just doesn’t look well. Also my tia had went with me and the man who did her pedicure had just left after painting her toes, he never said she was done or to wait, or anything.

We love this place! We have been going for years and yes, we have strayed. Hit we always come back here because of the people. They love my sister, she’s Down syndrome, and they treat her so well. I would feel comfortable leaving her there to get her nails done with out me. I wouldn’t but I would feel comfortable doing it. Love,

Not impressed at all, my tech did the most basic effort I’ve seen at a salon. She got mad because I told her if she could get my heals scrubbed which she never touched at all with the dead skin removal tool and immediately proceeded to tell me it would be $10 more to which I replied ok as long as she did it right. Her attitude changed immediately and when she was done I politely said much better and thank you but she just walked away… I wanted to speak to a manager but honestly I didn’t feel like it would have made a difference. Just won’t be going back nor recommending to anyone.

Not impressed at all. I have to get my nails fixed before my trip now. There is clear top coat all over my cuticles, chunks of it laying on my skin. Uneven nails, nail color missing on the actual nail, but have plenty of nail color on my skin. I will spend my money elsewhere from now on.

I went in for a gel mani & pedi and left with uneven nails, untreated gel toenail polish, and cut up toes. They didn't even trim the sides of my toe nails leaving potential ingrowns. I'm never a Karen but I truly regret even paying for this service. There was also a HUGE spider hanging out where the dip powder is displayed. This place used to be my go to spot, but I will never step another foot in here again.

Didn't feel welcomed and I tried telling them what I wanted but it seemed like they ignored me. I asked questions about what gems they had and I was ignored again until the very end. In my opinion they seemed rude.i used to come here all the time idk if I just got them on a bad day or what

I have been going to this place for a long time and they have always done great work! Until recently… a few months ago I finally grew my nails out and went to get them dipped. The guy who did them made them very thin and they began breaking the next day. I went back to get them redone and when I asked the person to make them thicker this time, he hounded me and kept telling me his process and that he doesn’t want to make them too thick, but we eventually got them to my liking. They made me pay full price for this. Then flash forward to last week, I went to get them redone and they had some new guy in there that did my nails. He was super rough, rushed the whole process, made my fingers bleed, and dipped my nails too thin! I asked him to make them thicker so he did another dip, but they still ended up too thin. It is a week later and my nails look horrible and are breaking everywhere. They also charge me different prices every time I go in, but I always get the same thing. This business has lost a customer for sure. HOWEVER, the owner is a great woman and she does a great job, but she is always booked.

Been going to them for over 20 years! Excellent service and if something happens to one of my nails they're quick to take a look and fix it for me but that seldom happens! This photo is two and a half weeks after they've been done so already a little bit of growth.

I just left the salon and was disappointed with the person who did my feet. They were not very attentive and were rubbing my feet with a dry block, instead of wetting it a bit. This caused friction and was very uncomfortable. Then, after they were done ( which wasn’t a bad job) they left me alone, not asking me if I wanted help to put my flip flops back on or how long they recommended I sit to let the polish dry. I thought it was long enough after a while and put one flip flop on, smudging the polish on the big toe. I then had to step on my other flip flop and scoot my way to the nail polish drying light. Not once did they check to see if I was ok. I realize they had other people to take care of, but please see that your customer is taken care of when they get in the door and don’t abandon them after you finish the polish and expect a tip!Services: Pedicure
