Is it normal business practice for you guys to put green lock tight on the tires?
Went to change my tires after a flat and there was lock tight on the threads. They also dented up the lug nuts

Stop by to have my car checked out because of a noise in the wheel. I thought it was a brake. Left the car and came back thinking I needed a brake service. It turns out a rock was rattling in my suspension. Wow, They only changed me $10. They could have took advantage of me but kindly said your car is fine. I will now only go to this Firestone from now on.

The staff are amazing! Honest always which means a lot to me. If there is ever anything wrong with my car I go to them. They're not trying to make a buck they're trying to help figure out the real issue. I recommend them to anyone I talk to that is having car issues! 10/10 satisfaction

Quoted me $10 for a “diagnostic charge” over the phone. Unloaded the vehicle off the trailer at the shop for them to then tell me it will be $130 for their “diagnostic charge”. Would rate zero stars if I could.

Worst customer service that I have experienced in San Angelo. They lied to us at least twice. I strongly discommend this location. Go almost anywhere else in San Angelo for your automobile service needs.

Husband and I unexpectedly needed to buy tires on a Sunday. We called all over town. RJ and Ceasar at Firestone were able to get us into 4 quality
tires quickly at a great price. I appreciated that RJ took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. He definitely went above and beyond!

Great place daughters car had issue after long drive to college. Went in they diagnosed and repaired quickly. Totaly honest and trustworthy. They didnt try take advantage of ypung lady. Best service.
