I WOULDN'T BUY GIFT CARDS from them, bought a $50 gamestop card from one of guys at the store, but loss my my receipt.( I used cash to purchase this card, that was probably a mistake) This WAS supposed to be Christmas present for son. We went to use it and the card showed a $0 balance and showed NO history of purchase on my gamestop account, kinda suspicious. Wrote an email to customer service and that didn't help. Keep your receipts.

Absolutely terrible customer service and I would leave a 0 star review if I could, the manager was rude and not willing to help, if gamestop wants to stay in business they need to fix their policies or risk going under like they have been for a while, absolutely ridiculous

Tried to come in to return an online purchase that was not as described and the online customer service is horrendous,
employee says to wait until manager gets there. Ok fine. We get back and the manager is already rude off the back clearly lacking any sort of social skills. Manager refuses to help and do anything. Seriously learn how to do your job and stop being lazy. Never buying from this company ever again. This is why gamestop is going bankrupt.

The employees are great, helpful, and understanding. The company is falling apart and it's very obvious when they can't keep people due to forcing predatory practices on workers that know it's wrong. Love the people, the company is not great.

Walked in with my son while the cashier was on the phone. Not even a simple nod of the head or acknowledgment that we were there. Spent at least 25 minutes looking around. After the cashier was off the phone, still no acknowledgment he just walked right past.

Spent $200 on a controller that they didn’t offer warranty on. Told I had 30 days if I didn’t like it I could return it and went back a week later to return it and told it’s opened and it cannot be returned. Management literally saying anything just to make a sale. If you need to do anything gaming like buy, sell or trade just go to Game Xchange. They are awesome and always truthful

Walked in, never acknowledged by either of the 2 employees behind the counter, only customers in the store. Browsed for 10 minutes, still no reaction from either of them. Walked right past both of them when leaving and they never said a word to us. Rudest Gamestop I've ever been in.
