Based on the reviews, Geek Squad has polite, professional, and knowledgeable staff who provide fast service. They fixed a phone in 2 minutes and did not charge a dime. A technician named Sam was patient and kind, fixing a grandmother's computer quickly both times. Another staff member provided top tier customer service, calling a customer at 2pm to pick up an iPhone with a new battery. Two young people were respectful, answered questions, and solved windows corruption and BIOS issues. A technician named Josh was very professional and personable, resolving a laptop issue very quickly. The staff are amazing, and customers appreciate them and would do business again.

The young man that helped me was very polite. Very fast had my phone fixed in 2 minutes. Didn't charge me a dime. These young men are amazing.

Brett hooked me up with updates for my graphics card drive which allowed me to play the new Indiana Jones game!!!

My grandmother has had some issues with her computer and both times she had Sam. She has raved about his professionalism and swiftness when helping her. He was very patient and kind and fixed her computer both times quickly!
