Big store..:lots of stuff .. these types of store always seem a little cluttered. The store on college hills is great … big wide isles!

Stop here for pants for my son and was shocked they don't have dressing rooms instead made us wait 15 minutes by the register to tell us he could try them on in bathroom I do not live here first they wanted me to just purchase them then if they don't fit return them by their policy so disgusting having to use the restroom to try on clothes then having their employees watch us like hawks will not be returning to this store. The atmosphere was like shopping and everyone being suspected of shoplifting. Also everything here was overpriced not sure what happen to thriftyness of this store when the price the same as new stores

Wonderful selection. I was treated nicely but customer associates and customers alike. This is a community that pays it forward. Enrich your family cheaply and reuse treasures of yesterday.

I like coming here. I have bought several things, clothes being number one on the list. I like the big open space of this place. Cashier's were friendly. Fairly clean.

Good selection but could be more considerate with the music that plays overhead. Half the time I go in it's not family friendly. I feel sorry for moms with young kids trying to shop in there.

I do love this Goodwill, however, they have had their dressing rooms closed since the beginning of Covid, and currently still have their dressing rooms closed as we are nearing the end of 2022. Now that we are out of the pandemic and life has gone back to normal, every other Goodwill has reopen their dressing rooms. As a retail store, it is necessary to provide dressing rooms. They used to have a wall mirror out by the dressing rooms where customers would try on jackets and such since the dressing rooms were closed. But Goodwill has since removed the wall mirror to further prevent customers from trying on clothes. Goodwill's return policy for clothing is a 3 day return period with only giving in-store credit for returns. In other words, Goodwill profits either way. Even if you decide to bring the clothes back that did not fit, they get paid. So Goodwill has no real incentive to re-open their dressing rooms. Goodwill is supposed to WANT to help the less fortunate. But by keeping the dressing rooms closed, they are hurting the less fortunate by making it one step harder to have access to affordable clothing.

I come here all the time and I used to laugh at the prices that they would put on some of the worn out junk but now having shopped here last week then went to Fort Worth’s Goodwills and San Antonio’s Goodwills, I now feel like they are price gauging!!!Here in San Angelo any furniture is ridiculously high even for junk! I go to these other city’s and their furniture was so cheap I got a brand new dresser for $30! And the most expensive dress was $8.99 and the most expensive shoes were $5! Their stores were organized and CLEAN! The stores were no bigger than here. Come on San Angelo!

Terrible customer service, no hours posted, and when u walk up to store thinking the hours (which were posted here about an hour ago as 0900) they ignore you! Wouldn’t waste your time.
