Dropped my vehicle off early to get tires installed the next day. They were able to get them installed the same afternoon. Wheels didn't have any damage which is great. The only thing that would have made my experience better was if the technician would have taken just 1 to 2 minutes to wipe the soap off the wheels. Other than that, good job.

They were able to see us as we were driving through. 4 new tires (specialized tires for a trailer) in 20 min on a Friday evening. We were big, but they made it work!
Truly love their spirit and how ki d they were to my family.

Professional and friendly team. Ethan greeted me immediately. No nonsense and very clean.
Gentlemen were quick and efficient, which made me want to pick up additional services while I was there. We went with the best oil, cabin filter clean and replacement, tire rotation and balance, and even replacing our REAR WINDOW WIPER!!!
With all the news lately, taking care of the car we have seems like the smart choice so coming in to Goodyear with all the benefits they offer as well as reliability just made sense. As a weatherman having my car ready for West Texas is crucial.
10/10 will be back for routine maintenance, flat tires, engine problems or anything to take care of our car. We are big car people and Goodyear has a blimp!

Then Inside help was Excellent Baldemar was top notch 5 STARS! (He alone gets 5 stars). The service techs (2 Stars) on the other hand I was disappointed in all the way around!! This is the 1st time I have purchased tires from the Goodyear Service Store as their prices are usually higher and service not up to the standard of other tire stores. The service tech was unable to get the tire sensor light to go off, including the store manager who has been there since the time I last used them (it may be due impart because I run more than 32psi in my tires 35 or more; however, that would have been part of troubleshooting steps). They said it probably needs to be run, and I will see and if I can find this review I will update. Also, in the process of removing the valve stem core it was broken (I do not know absolutely that the tech broke it) and I believe it probably broken by the tech and subsequently replace at their cost.

Baltimore called and gave me information about options that needed to be addressed for my car. He was extremely patient with my numerous questions and I appreciated that. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He wasn't just trying to just get a sale. Thank you!
