Mari b. Is an amazing woman.Has yet to let me down. always greets me. sweet friendly and never a disappointment. haven’t yet try to go to any other person but,usually I like to stick to one.so when I find one I’m keeping that one. A great barber is rare thanks.

Sunday, 10a, 1 stylist, 80 min wait time. Being understaffed is a frequent problem. Never had an issue with the stylist, just the business's lack of consideration for the consumer and it's employees., for that they get 1 star.

I came when it said I'm next in line and there was a 0 minute wait. I came in and was told to wait 15 minutes and ended up waiting 25 mins. A bunch of girls were talking in the back. It was 2pm so it wasn't due to lunch. I wish the wait time was more accurate.
The haircut was fine.

I used to come here all the time and never had a problem. Today when I went in to get my haircut, my stylist did not follow the instructions in the system, and did a rushed job. My hair was choppy, and blocked off in the back rather than blended, my sideburns weren’t cut, and even my neck was not squared down properly. Overall the quality of the haircut itself was not good, and I had to go to another place to get it fixed. Like I said, this place used to be great, but in recent months I have not received what I want from my stylists. The people here are friendly, and it’s a welcoming place, but the results are not what they used to be.

We were here in San Angelo for about 6 months. This place always did a great job on my hair cut! We are leaving next week so got my last cut here today. Seems like new staff. One girl said she would be with me in a minute - short hair. She just walked back and forth from the back - the. Would a stop and check her hair in a mirror. Sue never did help me. Had to wait on next stylist. Today was the only time I had less than stellar experience.

Been going here for past 2 years. Have had many stylists and have never had a bad haircut. Just had one yesterday and am thrilled by the results. Can't get a better deal in town.

Stylist cut off way too much hair, despite clearly written notes in their system from my previous visits. She assured me that the next hair cut would be free to correct her mistake. When I came back today the manager fed me some lame excuse about how I still have to pay. They failed to follow simple instructions, then refused to make it right.

This place is called GREAT CLIPS absolutely NOT! I have taken my daughter here before and the older owner had washed and did a style on her hair which turned out great ! Well it was not well this second time around she decides to pawn my child off on someone she said was good ! Even though my own mother was trying to schedule appointment with her and she said come in at 10 which twice we went early and her excuse was I have other people to do . Okay that’s what a salon is you have people who wait and we wouldnt have minded to wait it’s for my child ! First off my daughter has thick hair but very manageable this lady who is working on my child’s hair is giving my 12 year old attitude for having thick hair and burning my child’s ears ! She proceeds to tell me my daughter is complaining about her ears being burned and I see my child in tears strike one ! Then she proceeds to tell me it’s no way to do her hair even though she thinned it out and horribly btw! I tell her it’s usually no problem we’ve got it done here, this women tells me they do not style here only cut hair which is odd I tell her why does y’all prices say style wash etc ! She decides to tell me a CUSTOMER! Well don’t come to me then so I let her know oh trust me we won’t to stop doing her hair and I’ll get it done ! I walk out to take my other child to the car and she starts to try to straighten my child’s who she burned both ears AGAIN ! I will just end this by saying I’ve never been to a salon where they don’t treat the customer with respect and understanding I will never take my child here again . My dad went up to go get a refund and MARY AGAIN who did my daughters hair and burned her was decided to be rude to him when clearly you see my child’s ears both burned !! And wants to say I’ll get my husband up here like what kind of barn show is this !very unprofessional!

My hair was falling apart and was so thin from me being so sick.... but even with thin hair they were able to bring my hair to life! I can't remember my hair stylist name but she cut my hair the day before Christmas. she was so sweet and amazing.
